I used Turner Properties to sell my house and I couldn’t fault their service. I was very wary of estate agents in general as you meet so many who promise you the world and don’t deliver. Jeremy came to the house, was very realistic about the pricing and the time it may take. He did most of the viewings himself which helped as he knew the house and its possibilities. He knows the area well which, again, was very useful particularly for the potential buyers. He kept in regular contact and always got back to me in a timely manner. He took me through the whole process of selling as I had not done it on my own before. I’m sure I asked lots of silly questions but he answered them all without making me feel an idiot! He worked tirelessly to show the house to possible buyers. He was always easy to contact and provided an excellent service. A particular strong point was the high quality of the team who worked with him: James, Anne and Katherine who could always be relied on. I would recommend Turner Properties to anyone wanting the job done properly!
Working with Turners was excellent and I understand why they have such a good local reputation. Marketing was top quality and they really helped me get my home into optimal condition for photography, including directing me to very good workmen for a couple of little cosmetic jobs.
Communication was frequent, even amid a very challenging time in the market with such financial volatility.
Tenacity to communicate with both me and my buyer, including our respective conveyancers and the mortgage broker was excellent. This is an agent who genuinely will take your case on and ensure it goes through as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
There was a noticeable contrast in the approach of Turners compared to the majority of other local estate agents which gave me a lot of confidence.
I am also now going through another sale process in a different area of the country and Turner's approach is so much better than the 7 ones local to me in Southampton. Also, the level of communication and openness of Turners is much higher than the agent instructed to sell the property in Southampton (who was chosen as the best of the available bunch).

I sadly had to sell my Mum's house quickly to pay for her care home fees. James was really helpful and efficient and soon found me a buyer, as well as giving me recommendations for house clearance companies and solicitors.

Little Milton - 4 Bed - I contacted Jeremy Turner on 8th March 21, in the midst of the March deadline madness, nevertheless Jeremy came to see me within 24 hours and we had a very productive discussion on marketability and pricing. In suggesting a price, Jeremy gave reasons and comparisons to explain the price. Thereafter he made the process easy and painless and we had agreed the sale within 10 days of it going on the market with Completion in June 21. It was a very friendly service, professional executed, calls returned, without any drama. That is what I wanted and that is what Turner Properties delivered. I think i can honestly say Jeremy Turner is the Best Estate agent we have ever worked with. From Buying the property to reselling he was outstanding in providing information and help all along the way. He knows the area really well and he and James worked really hard to make sure that our recent sale went well.
He knows the market and understands exactly what is required in a buyer and how to sell a property which he does with what appears to be consummate ease but involves hard work and energetic effort which you just do not get from other agents.

After we met Jeremy, I said to my husband, ‘He seems like such a lovely, friendly, honest man; such a change from all the other estate agents we’ve dealt with.’ My husband said, ‘Wait and see.’ But we are delighted to confirm that my first impressions were not wrong. Jeremy is an experienced and intelligent estate agent, who actually cares about you and your property! We recently sold our house through him, it went on the market and an offer was accepted in less than 10 days. Some of that was definitely down to his care in marketing it exactly right and in his professional dealing with the customers. This was the first time we had sold a house, and Jeremy guided us through the process personally, which was really really helpful. He goes above and beyond and has even helped us in our searches for the next house. In short I can't recommend Turner properties enough, it is money well spent!
