I was selling my parents' home, as they had gone into residential care. The TW Gaze team were very helpful with all aspects of the sale and were very good at keeping us informed. They found us buyers very quickly, unfortunately they pulled out, but TW Gaze soon found us another buyer. I wasn't initially happy with the order of the photos of the bungalow on the website, but as soon as I mentioned this, it was sorted. Lee dealt with the sale and was very helpful and efficient. This wouldn’t have happened without a lot of hard work and perseverance throughout this difficult time in the current market.
All of this has been down to Holly. All I can say is WOW. What an amazing young woman. Not only has she been incredibly informative and consistently kept me up to date with weekly communication, she’s also shown me kindness and patience and has been a positive shining light in what’s felt like a tough few months.
She’s completely tailored my experience to me and understood my needs. She’s never treated me like just another customer, she’s always made me feel important, heard and has been so understanding throughout this whole process.

Useless, lazy and incompetent with no knowledge of rental laws. We have been left with a hole in the roof for 10 years now with no action taken apart from trying to blame us for the wet patch saying we don't open the windows. We have been left with a fence down for nearly a year annoying our new neighbours and we also have a condemned boiler which is rusted inside and has a broken seal. Seriously they taped the seal and put smoke alarm in kitchen, as if this will make us feel safe. The rental team also refused to deal with a rat problem in the loft.the eaves are open andas I said there is a hole in the roof, this is the landlords responsibility but they just as usual couldn't be bothered. There's more but you get the gist
