I bought my home through TW Gaze recently, and start to finish (which, thanks to Kate & Sarah, was not very long at all!) the service was way beyond anything I have experienced with any other estate agent. The staff are highly professional and with unparalleled expertise in the region, but at the same time extremely friendly, with no mile too far to go to help progress the purchase.
This level of service does not happen by itself, nor overnight (and it has taken TW Gaze 170 years to become this good, so other agents are at least a century behind!), and it speaks volumes of the philosophy within the company and their commitment to giving such a high-quality service. I have used TW Gaze now for both purchase and sale of homes, and I could not have been in better hands.

We are very satisfied with the service we've received from Gaze estate agents. Everyone in the Diss office, (Carol, Sarah and Zoe), kept us well informed throughout, without inundating us with unnecessary emails. From the initial evaluation through the negotiating phase, to Completion of the sale, communication was timely, clear and friendly, and we always felt confident that the whole process was in safe, experienced hands.
I was selling my late mother's property from abroad, so it was also very convenient to have the interface with Gaze auction rooms to streamline the removal of furniture and house contents. Pauline, in the auction rooms office, was especially kind and patient, explaining the auction process, booking haulage, and putting us in touch with a house clearance company. Thank you all for a very professional service !

TW gaze offered an excellent service. Compared to some of the big chains there was a no pressure approach, at no point did I feel that there was a hard sell on any other products and that was such a relief, there was no additional charges for photographs and no sneaky hidden costs.
They updated us even when there wasn’t much to update and always replied to emails promptly, they listened to our requests when we wanted to change things to try and boost the sale and we’re an excellent go between the other estate agents and solicitors.
We’re now in our beautiful new house and couldn’t be happier!

I thought selling my late Uncles property 160 miles away from my home could possibly be a challenge, but exactly the opposite. The team at Diss office were amazing. Great communications, handled lots of viewings, were very professional and gave great advice where needed. Very poor communication. I had to make contact twice to have confirmed our offer was accepted and that the vendor would wait for us to sell. Within 4 working days of this communication I made contact again to be told its sold to someone else. I get that is permitted legally but to inform us and save us part of the solicitor fees would have been common courtesy!

When buying or selling a property it is always going to be a stressful time and communication is key to making this journey as smooth as possible.
My recent experience in using T W Gaze of Diss - (Chis. Collins) in selling a parcel of land with ‘Planning Permission’ for nine dwellings took 5-months and certainly was not smooth. However, Chris was there for me at every turn in negotiations with the buyer acting as a mediator between both parties thus reducing both solicitors time required and subsequently their costs. This is an unenviable position to take up as he was my agent but negotiated without being compromised at any stage.
Communication has been made far more difficult during this COVID period but has played to Chris’s strengths because even now after completion in the sale of my development land, I have never met Chris but due to his professionalism and experience this has not impeded the sale at any stage. In fact, T W Gaze erected a sale board at the entrance of the property with Chris’s picture in the corner of it and his youthful appearance surprised me after experiencing such width and depth of knowledge.
In conclusion, I would have no hesitation in recommending T W Gaze as an agent to act on your behalf and even to buyer of my development land was so impressed with Chris that T W Gaze will be awarded with being selling agent for the nine houses once completed.

We had to sell the house of a deceased person from 250mls away. Mike did an excellent job, and all went well until there was a flash flood at Christmas. He took charge, even emailing us on Boxing Day, and arranged pumps, de-humidifiers, inspections etc and remarketed it successfully in its new state. I had a viewing with tw gazes at a cottage in oakley Suffolk, but 2 hours before the viewing I had a call from them saying that we could not veiw the property as the vendor had accepted an offer, I thing this was totally unprofessional of them as they didn't even Want to put our offer to the vendor, so there for lost the vendors proberly 50 thousand pound, glad I didn't sell my house with these agents.

TW Gaze conducted the sale of the house we now reside in. It had an extremely complex title and without the knowledge and diligence of their highly credible staff throughout the conveyancing process we would not be here today!
Mike and Jordan, our primary sales negotiator worked tirelessly with our conveyancer, their solicitor and our estate agent to overcome complexity and rejections to appease our mortgage lenders and suggested resolutions to make our purchase a reality! For this we are eternally grateful.
After the sale we have leveraged Rowena's expertise to offer guidance regarding re-modeling the property to work for our growing family and business. She has been instrumental in planning how we may want to live in the future and the journey has been exciting!
