We switched to TW Property about a year ago after getting our RTM, and the experience has been excellent. They’ve been instrumental in turning around an 8-flat building that was pretty much ignored by our previous agents. The team has already helped us cut down on fixed costs by bringing in contractors who do solid work without the massive price tag. Whether it’s smaller jobs like fencing or major projects like external decorations, their approach is consistently knowledgeable and professional. We recently engaged TWP as new block managers for our block of flats after being failed on all levels by previous block management. Justin and Jacqueline are a safe pair of hands to be in, have excellent communication with flat owners, are very knowledgeable and, although some hideous failings are being uncovered by previous block management, TWP are on top of what needs to be done/how to rectify and who to engage. 100% recommend for block management.... I am more than happy to recommend Justin Fletcher and TW Property Management. After years of having agents who tended to put their own interests first, were poor at communicating and cost us a lot of unnecessary money, we were hesitant about moving agents but felt we had to. We were impressed with Justin at our first meeting and took the decision to move. We did not take this decision lightly as moving agents is a lot of work, but we wanted better for our residents than we were getting. Justin and TW took over on 1st July (the start of our financial year) but our previous agents left without fixing the next year's budget, so Justin agreed to start earlier than 1st July just so we had a working budget on day one. He did this in collaboration with the our directors and did not impose anything - merely recommended. Since then communication has been excellent. TW Property Management have reviewed all our policies to make sure we are complying with all the latest regulations and where necessary, has actioned the work to make us legal, informing the directors all the time. They have reviewed our contracts and achieved several financial savings. Nothing is done, however, without consulting the directors. Emails are always responded to promptly, accounts readily available for us to view online, and if we have any queries, we either email or pop into the shop. When we had a problem with the fire alarm, we called Justin and he was here within 15 mins and solved the problem, without us having to pay extortionate call out fees to the alarm company. TW Property Management can recommend a lot of local tradespeople, enabling us to get work completed in a timely manner, to a high standard and with value for money. No more employees of the managing agent coming and making a hash of general maintenance and charging us a fortune for the privilege! We have now been with TW Property Management for 3 years and we have no desire to change agents. The directors used to spend their time managing the managing agents but now we don't have to. I cannot think of anything negative regarding our relationship with TW Property and would seriously recommend moving to them. As you can probably tell, we have not regretted our decision.... My experience with TW Lettings has been extremely poor and frustrating. Ellie was unhelpful from the outset. On two separate occasions, we enquired about properties that were clearly being advertised, yet we were told they were already let agreed and were not offered viewings. This happened twice, which felt misleading and a complete waste of our time. To make matters worse, our recent enquiries are now being ignored entirely. The lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism has been unacceptable. I would not recommend this agency based on our experience.... Read more

I haven’t found a suitable flat yet, but I feel compelled to write this review because, while most other housing agencies don’t even bother replying to emails, TW Property showed me a total of three flats. Although none of them matched my preferences, I was truly impressed by their professionalism—especially Tom. He is a genuinely kind and courteous person. So i rented an apartment and after I moved out they didn't want to give me my deposit back after saying I lefted it in a state after cleaning and bleaching for a week wish I never bothered. As Justin hasn't been helpful at all. Even have video evidence on how I left it so moving forward as they have brought someone else involved. He won't be pocketing the money. But it's been disgusting. I would never rent with them again. The apartment walls was so thin you could hear all the neighbours but no pre warning on that as all they want is the money. Don't do business with them As I have had a reply but can't say anything back I will put it on here. For the mattress yes was left there even though I had sorted for it to be removed. But as I wasn't in the country at the time. Due to family issues. I can't do much about that. And about the carpets. Well if you would like to ask the upstairs neighbour or the downstairs neighbour they had both been in the flat when I was living there. And knew what the cat was like yes there was a coffee stain but nothing from my cat. So if you would like to carry on you have my email address and I will send you the video. You only knew there was a cat was there as my friend left the litter tray which should of been thrown away.... Read more

Apart from the standard teething issues at the beginning of my tenancy I had a really good experience with this agent. All of my maintenance issues were dealt with within a week, and the deductions from my deposit were more than fair. Adam in particular was always very friendly and professional, and explained the whole process very clearly as it was my first time renting. Very bad agency. Very picky. Me personally they gave me 20 minutes notice to go to viewing and when I didnt show off im in the backlist. Went in the office to explain and show the emails ive got ... they dont care. Still blacklisted. Bad for landlords too as the property im interested in is available 6 months later and they told me im not suitable for it as they dont want to wait 3 weeks until my current rent is finish. Absolutely discusting how they're have treated a friend of mine. They want him out the property yet they're making it very difficult for him to find an alternative by giving him a bad refrence as he had payed his rent a couple days late.he's not very well at the moment as well and he has made the director of the company (Justin) aware of this however he's basically stated he doesn't care. I've payed my rent late for the property I rent now through a different letting agents and they've been very understanding and supportive and I no if I decided to leave they wouldn't discriminate this against me but they would help me move on. Many times I have been to my friends property and the roof is leaking and nothing has got done about it. I would suggest to everyone to stay well clear of this agent. By the sounds of it they were all happy and friendly at the start but when problems happen like a leaking roof trey don't want to know!!... Read more

Turned up to move in to the property only find that it was in a terrible state, during our inspection it had been furnished and issues hidden. There was black mould everywhere, a section of the floor had collapsed and the ceiling was soaking wet where the roof was leaking. The letting agent asked to hand over the keys at the office that morning rather than at the property which is unusual. This is obviously because they new the state the property was in. I had contacted all of the companies we pay bills to and registered at the new address in advance so had to contact them all again but forgot the dvla. Now I have £800 in fines because 3 letters had gone to that address and the letting agent neglected to contact me and advise me of this. They did not protect us and had every intention of putting myself and my pregnant partner in a dangerous and uninhabitable home. Unbelievable situation.... Read more

I have had excellent service from TW, from the morning I called. They were able to set up a viewing of a property I had seen advertised on a professional website straight away. Having decided on said property being a place I wanted to rent ASAP, Amit and team were great with walking me through everything I needed, liaising with landlord and providing live updates of progress and process. Disgraceful. Shockingly poor company. This isn't the vitriol of some wronged customer either, I have had several experiences with this agent over the years - and I work in the industry myself - and they are, without a doubt, the laziest, most incompetent letting agents I have ever known. Wrongly charging rent once you have already moved out. Refusing to refund overpaid fees. Terrible customer service. Honestly, do yourselves a favor and avoid these charlatans. Pathetic.... Read more
