I have used these agents for renting and the lady Suman is very lovely and helpful. I have read the other reviews but as as this is an estate agent, I would like to point out that the estate agent can't control the landlord or their attitude. Moved in for 3 months and was really pleased with the room and the agreements. This changed quite rapidly. My partner worked very hard and long hours and wasn’t treated very nice by the landlord. Our bathroom was supposed to be cleaned every 2 weeks, however it wasn’t cleaned when promised it would be. Heard some really unfair words spoken about me by the landlord which I later found out, very distressing. Currently finishing my MBA in Finance and Accounting, studied everyday in the flat and was accused of doing ‘dodgy things’ in the room, though I was just sitting with my laptop working alone. Ignored us several times and really brought us down on the whole. Was extremely happy to leave and terminate the contract as soon as possible. I would never recommend this place. It’s a shame we left with such awful memories as this was our first time renting. Good luck to the tenants there at the moment.... Read more
