Enzo, Oli, Julie & the team were amazing. Via Properties let our property for us after it had been marketed with two other local agents - we were initially doubtful on what extra service they would give us but we are so glad we worked with them & wished we had them on board from the start!!
Their service from start to finish was second to none, really friendly and informative, proactive and reassuring. The photography and marketing they put together was brilliant and quick. They found our tenants within a few weeks in a very quiet market. They were on hand to answer any questions and always responded to us quickly and helpfully.
As first time landlords they really guided us through the process step by step and I always felt up to date and informed throughout. We were able to have open and honest discussions with Enzo and he really listened to us as clients and endeavoured to deliver the best result for us whilst taking all our concerns into consideration. We will no doubt use them in the future for our property needs for both sales and lettings.

I rented my flat with Via Properties which I have done for the last 4-5 years. As always I received great service and they always kept me updated with viewing bookings and progress. I am sad to say that this company has treated my family disgustingly
We are a hard working family and wanted to rent a property for our two sons one of which is completing his law degree and the other doing his apprenticeship and both working.
Since the visit we have called via properties at least in excess of 10 calls
The reason for our call was to put in an application for a property that has been available for a while now and is still available.
Every time we called we was told That the young man (Ollie) was off.This went on for 10 days and when we asked if someone else would kindly help us they repeatedly said that they will take my details and someone will get back to me which just did not happen.
We all called and was told the same thing until eventually we called and Ollie answered and at that point he stated the landlord has decided to rent to his friend.
However this property is still being currently advertised on Via Properties and multiple sites as available to let
We also called regarding another property only to be told we would be called back but yet again nothing.
This kind of behaviour raises concerns with regards to Via properties professionalism and has we have completely lost faith in their promises. This is unfortunate as there are a number of lovely properties which they are advertising for let, however if the despicable service we received is anything to go by we would not recommend this Letting Agent to serious buyers/ tenants/Landlords or people with an Ethnic background.

I recently bought a house with Via Properties. The process to completion was much longer than I had experienced previously due to some complications however Enzo at Via Properties kept me up to date on progress and really helped to push things through. This would have taken much longer without Enzo's help and determination which was very much appreciated. I would certainly recommend them to anyone considering buying or selling.

I have used the services of Via Properties over the past 5 years to let 2 studio flats in Hertford and, more recently, to sell one of the flats. I have always been very happy with the letting service as Via have found us consistently good tenants. Enzo of Via Properties has always been extremely helpful e.g. in allowing access to the properties to workmen, as well as prospective tenants, when I have not been able to do so. The recent sale was not straightforward as we had had problems with the freeholder appointed property manager. However, we eventually managed to deal with these issues and to sell the flat. Enzo of Via Properties did an excellent job in finding a purchaser and of keeping channels of communication open and working smoothly. We continue to use Via Properties as letting agent for our remaining flat.

Via Properties have looked after our properties for a number of years, itself a testament to how much we appreciate their service.
We recently had a longstanding tenant vacate a property, but Enzo ensured that there wasn't a void period between the old tenant moving out and the new tenant moving in, which was the best possible result. Personally I had a bad experience with this agency, for personal reason I couldn't rent a property any more, yes it was my fault obviously, but when I've tried to get a partial refund of the holding fees after 2 emails they just ignored me. I wouldn't have insist but even if the fees was non refundable the manager said: we will ask to the land lord if he's happy to give you some money back, so I've tried to email them twice to get more news and they just ignored my mail, I've been waiting more than 1 month before give this negative feedback but I'm really disappointed not because i didn't get any money back but just because they started to ignored me, they could just have got back with a negative answer instead that ignore my emails... so just to warn you they could be good when you try to rent but i don't know if they are good if any problems occurs.

I can't recommend Enzo and the team at Via properties enough. I have heard horror stories from friends and families about their estate agents and Enzo really is one of a kind! Communication was beyond excellent and we were kept up to date on everything without ever having to request information! The purchase of my property was smooth sailing and its all down to Enzo and his team.
I will never use another estate agent again!
