We are really pleased with our experience with William H Brown! As first time buyers, there are lots of unknowns, and we felt very supported by the whole team throughout. Caroline was an excellent mortgage advisor, took her time to explain all the details for us and in a difficult time with interest rates made sure we had the best deal we could find.
Dan and Rocco were really great - very available with showing us houses, answering questions, and when we got into the process with our new home, Rocco was very considerate and took the time to work through our list of questions and queries. When work was done on the house before we moved in, Rocco personally ensured that the works were completed and reviewed them himself.

We had talked to Rocco about selling the empty bungalow that we inherited, but then a neighbour said that he wanted to buy it direct. Rocco called now and again to see how things were going. The neighbour messed us around for a year before we decided to call it a day and put it back on the market. We had a few agents come and look at and they all said that house prices had gone down and properties weren't moving. Then, while we were clearing out the property I got a call from Rocco asking how the sale was going. I told him that we were putting it back on the market and that we were at the property. Rocco came straight over to see us. Had a look around and said "Yeah, I can sell this".
The next day I got a call from Rocco saying that he had a viewer. Over the next couple of weeks we had quite a few viewings, sometimes 2 a day, and one of those made an offer, which with the help of Rocco we negotiated and accepted.
Throughout the sale process Rocco kept in touch with updates from the buyers, and he also helped liaise with our solicitors.
I would definitely highly recommend Rocco and the team at William H Brown, Hoddesdon

Excellent service. The price may be higher than other estate agents in the area but you are paying for their expertise and knowledge of Hoddesdon. Our property was initially priced at a value we wanted but it was recommended that we reduce a little at a strategic time in the holiday which resulted in many viewings and eventually the fast sale of our property. The solicitors they recommended (Juno) are also incredibly fast.
Very impressed with the team at Hoddesdon. Thank you all for your guidance and professionalism you took the sting out of selling our home.

We contacted WH Brown Hoddesdon to value our house. Their agent Matthew arrived on the dot & on entering our house, automatically took his shoes off (despite tiled flooring), w/o the need of having to be asked.
After assessing the house, Matthew produced printouts of similar properties in the area, to include properties that had been recently sold or SSTC.
We were very happy with Matthew's valuation on our property, as we understood how he arrived at this figure.
Although, it is recommended to get 3 valuations, we feel that this will not be necessary, as we were more than happy with Matthew's professional approach, knowledge & guidance.

Rocco and his team have been outstanding throughout the selling of my old property and purchase of my current one.
Where other agents failed, they successfully secured us a buyer, within days of being on the market with them. They also found me exactly the property I was looking for and supported me in successfully purchasing it.
Their communication and attention to detail were both excellent. They were always on hand to offer advice and support, as well as to chase other professionals to get to exchange and then completion. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they made an extremely stressful time so much easier with their honest, professional and consistent service.
I don't plan to move again, but if I did WHBrown would be my absolute first choice. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dear Ellis/William H Brown Hoddesdon,
In August they set up a viewing on the house we bought , on the same day we did two viewings. Ellis showed us round on the both viewings , he was most helpful and informative on the property. If there was anything he didn't know, Ellis found out for me - he also contacted me with all updates during the sale as did the rest off the team , There was a few issues with the drainage, Rocco sorted it all out for me on the day!

Would like to say thanks to all the team at William H Brown, what a breath of fresh air!
I had 4 agents round to value my property, Rocco was the only agent to turn up on time, give me an honest valuation and follow up with me over the coming days.
From then onwards, Dan, Ellis and Caroline booked me weekly viewings and followed up with feedback the following morning every single time.
We found a buyer after 3 weeks - Dan and James gave me weekly progress updates and I never once felt out of the loop!

We recently purchased our first house through William H Brown Hoddesdon and had a fantastic experience.
I first got in contact when we were in the process of selling our flat. I spoke with Caroline who was extremely friendly and helpful and from our initial call Caroline stayed in regular contact with me until we were in a position to start viewing properties. When we booked a viewing we met Dan at the house and it was very clear from the start that he had done his research on the property, there wasn’t a question we had that he couldn’t answer. We were fortunate enough to have an offer accepted straight away and from that point on James took over and acted as liaison between myself, the sellers, solicitors and the Broxbourne office who we sold through. James worked tirelessly going over and above to ensure all parties were kept up to date and on track for competition, he was excellent to deal with.
I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending William H Brown Hoddesdon the team did an excellent job helping me and my family find the right house and move home before Christmas, we are extremely grateful for all their hard work.
