They are clueless. No idea of how to value a property, late showing up to appointments, showing up in jeans, not answering the phone, not returning calls when requested on multiple occasions, not doing what they say they'll do. Absolutely disgusted by the treatment we have received from Envoy Property Management (a Vickery Holman company). A problem that should have been addressed months ago has still not been resolved. Was hoping that the re-decoration of our property (which was seriously damaged by a damp problem, not addressed by Envoy) would be completed today but have come home to find damaged furniture, paint all over the carpet and overall a very poor job. Have systematically been ignored by Envoy and Vickery Holman, who have failed to return calls and reply or acknowledge emails and letters. Shocking. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
