No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
10th Feb 2024 (11 mo. ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

22nd Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)We had a letter through our door to say they had several interested buyers. We followed up and called the estate agents where we spoke to Alistair (director), who informed us that it was a generic letter with incorrect information and went on to tell us our property wasn’t worth the value it is on the market for. Rude and unprofessional. We would not consider recommending them. There are better ways to win business than insulting buyers and rubbishing competitors on the phone.

We had a particularly negative experience with a different estate agent when trying to buy previously but Lisa, Sharon and Jonathan were all fantastic in every interaction we had with them. They were diligent, communicative, efficient, open and a joy to deal with. They really went above and beyond to ensure that our purchase completed successfully, and to an expedited timeframe as we needed due to our circumstances. I would not hesitate to recommend AJ Reid to anyone.

16th May 2022 (2 years ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.
7th Oct 2022 (2 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

16th Oct 2024 (14 weeks ago)Right from the offset I felt at ease with Barbers. Everything about the process of selling my late Aunts property was explained to me upfront. It was quite a lengthy process due to probate and the property not being in the best of condition. There were many viewings however for most there was just too much work needed. The team never gave up and enthusiastically worked hard right through to completion after the property had been sold. On behalf of the beneficiaries I can’t thank Gail and her team enough for everything they did for us. Thank you all.
4th Dec 2024 (7 weeks ago)It’s taken 18 months to sell our house due to market conditions and the uncertainty in the economy. But we’ve stuck with Currans as we trusted them and had faith that if anyone could get a sale they could. We haven’t been disappointed. They have a fantastic sales team and their marketing/ photography is on point. You get that personal service with Currans and nothing was too much trouble. They have all been great but one agent in particular (Matt) has gone above and beyond to help us, sending messages in the evenings, or on his day off whenever he got updates, putting our mind at rest , calming me down and reassuring me when I though it was never going to happen! All done with care and professionalism. I highly recommend this Agency to sell your home taking care of every detail. We can’t thank you enough for being on this journey with us
