The word “ professional “ appears frequently in reviews about Jackson - Stops in Truro . We would fully concur . From the outset of our sale , we were treated with the utmost respect . We are an elderly couple . We’ve bought and sold many properties in the past . We were quite hesitant about selling our home in our late years as it can be a very anxious time . We felt that Ben Standen and his team Zara and George took the helm , from the beginning . We felt we were in safe and very capable hands . We totally relied on their experience and professionalism to guide us through a very complex sale . Jackson stops represented the property that I was purchasing. They were very professional, friendly, easy to talk to. They were respectful of my solicitor and own estate agent handling my own sale, kept us informed of developments and at no point did they attempt to stir up drama - they were very calm and understanding even when things got a little stressful. I would recommend them to anyone who has a high value property for sale, as I really believe that this is where there skills would be particularly valuable. I had the pleasure of meeting Zara Roberts while looking for a very specific property in Cornwall; not just a home, but also a business. Her attitude and proactivity during all our interactions was not only outstanding, but also caring and attentive for everyone involved in the process, both vendor and buyer. My initial interaction with Zara is what made all the difference ,she was polite ,knowledgeable & courteous ,plus I had just lost my friend and father ,plus I suffer from long covid which is why I'm selling whitesands my beautiful house in sennen,Ben who visited is the owner which for me made a huge difference as he had a wealth of knowledge ,my property is complicated as its a business with various revenue streams and possibilities of running it as a business which ive done for 17 years or as a main residence, plus previous planning enabled it to be developed further,only hindered by me wanting to keep an attached cottage for myself ,he was honest and explained it may hinder the sale ,however we came to a decision to market it as a whole or without the cottage but with a caveat I wouldnt develop it upwards ,hurt keep the one level & that the purchasers of the main house could purchase the cottage for 20 % lower than market value when I decided to sell ,I always go with my gut instinct & I feel Jackson stops truro dealt with me mire professionally than any other agent ive seen to date I would certainly recommend.them and look forward to them selling my property near to their valuation, which at the end of the day is what you want...
