The team at Humberts Truro are a delight to work with, especially Alex and Kelly. We had problems and Humberts did a lot of phoning and sorting out behind the scene. Not the cheapest, but you do feel safe in their hands. We would use them again.

I feel obliged to review my experience with Humberts following a telephone call this morning. I'm so disappointed in the lack of compassion and interest they showed. Their advice is to look at properties below my budget and expect to overpay. He showed no interest in our willingness to make an offer but to instead clearly wanted to gouge for the maximum amount possible. It's a difficult market, but this absolutely callous lack of interest in buyers will burn Estate Agents when the market turns around. We will remember.

The whole team in Truro are highly professional, personable, patient, and polite. Alex is a true gentleman and always found solutions to any problems that arose, nothing was ever too much trouble for him.
Excellent skills liaising between clients, solicitors and other agents.
I would highly recommend Humberts.

We have just completed on a long and tortuous house purchase with Alex of Humberts. Alex has been very professional and responsive in all our communications, a pleasure to deal with. He happily and proactively chases solicitors. Without Alex I don’t think it would have happened yet, if at all!

Alex Taylor at Humberts was excellent: he was very friendly and helpful, but also professional. There were some unforeseen issues selling the house that he dealt with very well. I would definitely recommend Humberts, they were very proactive and worked directly with my solicitor, so that I never had to chase anything.
