I cannot recommend Bill and W Humphries enough. Throughout the whole process, Bill was professional and friendly. He kept us informed and updated despite us being the purchaser of the house and not the seller.
Bill always seemed genuinely interested in progression of the sale and never hesitated to pass on information when he had it available.
Bill was always accommodating with our request to view the property throughout our purchasing journey and made the process easy.
Should we ever be in the need of an estate agent again, we would only enlist W Humphries to aid us.

My partner and I are looking for somewhere to live in the Waddesdon area, as I grew up in the village and have spent most of my life here. We have a young one on the way and need somewhere pleasant to start our family life.
When we asked politely for a simple enquiry about if a property was still available for purchase, we were met with hostility from a rude male member of staff. He was condescending and didn’t seem at all interested in helping us. “I can assure you madam yours will take just as long as this one” was said to my partner verbatim, in a patronising manner.
I’m disappointed in their unprofessional service with no compassion for their customers.

Several years ago, when I was a first time buyer I had an excellent experience with W Humphries. Not pushy when I was looking around the property and allowed me space to view. Then very supportive and communicative during the buying process. Would highly recommend!
Further to this, I recently sold my house with Bill and he provided exceptional customer service. He was helpful, supportive and really went the extra mile to support with my sale.

Bill was fantastic from start to finish. The sale wasn't an easy one as pressure was coming from all fronts but we managed to do it in the end and I can honestly say that without Bill we wouldn't be able to buy this property. His transparency, honesty and excellent communication with all the parties helped to close the deal on time. I would recommend Bill and his agency to anyone in the area.

Bill helped us sell two properties and buy our Bungalow. He was always professional, courteous and replied quickly. He chased solicitors when necessary and was really friendly and approachable. Bill provided a service second to none from the valuation to completion. We were able to select the photographs for the brochure which was very professional. Bill arranged and conducted the viewings at really convenient times. As the viewings were through 'Lock Down', Bill ensure that all the guidelines were followed during all viewings. Once the sale price had been agreed Bill kept us fully informed of the various stages of the sale through to completion. We hit some bumps in the road, not though any fault of Bill but he kept us informed and helped in any way that he was able to. Bill is an extremely approachable, friendly and knowledgeable gentleman, he has an enormous amount of experience and local knowledge. This is the second property Bill has sold for us and I would not hesitate to use him again and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
