Bill provided a service second to none from the valuation to completion. We were able to select the photographs for the brochure which was very professional. Bill arranged and conducted the viewings at really convenient times. As the viewings were through 'Lock Down', Bill ensure that all the guidelines were followed during all viewings. Once the sale price had been agreed Bill kept us fully informed of the various stages of the sale through to completion. We hit some bumps in the road, not though any fault of Bill but he kept us informed and helped in any way that he was able to. Bill is an extremely approachable, friendly and knowledgeable gentleman, he has an enormous amount of experience and local knowledge. This is the second property Bill has sold for us and I would not hesitate to use him again and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
