I was recently a first time buyer of a property being sold through Walshes, and I cannot fault the efforts made by the team. I was kept in regular contact and given updates quickly (from the brilliant and helpful Mollie) in what was otherwise a long drawn out transaction. If it wasn’t for the efforts made by Mollie, I’d have felt left in the dark for most of the process. Any questions or worries I had were always answered or replied with quick and clear responses. At no point did I ever feel uncomfortable asking a question - no matter how basic it may have been. When I met the team to pick up the keys, they were all very friendly, and was I pleasantly surprised by the “New Home” box they had prepared for me. I wish the team all the best for the future (again, especially Mollie!)

Josh and Dan are a fantastic team managing my property and looking after the condition of it, they have their own contractors whom they use for all aspects of repairs needed which have saved me time and money.
I was new to property renting, Josh couldn't have been more helpful, he guided me through what updates I needed to do, what safety measures were needed, and secured a tenant for me. And if there have been anything I need to contact them about, someone is always there to answer the phone or email and deal with my questions. Lastly and obviously very importantly they have always paid on time each month. I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend them

I would recommend walshe's to anyone. We was first time buyers but not now thanks to them. From booking a viewing which may I add was arranged the first call i made (where others left us waiting for call backs which took days) to our completion they was very supportive and professional. We delt with Charlotte the full time so wasnt dealing with different staff. With us being first time buyers we had many stupid questions which Charlotte supported us with and never made us feel stupid or a pain.
