Honestly, I do not prefer to write comments about my stay at hotels. However, I believe that it is my responsibility to advise travelers especially with kids to think carefully before booking this apartment. They usually ask for non-refundable and advance payment!!
The high rating of this apartments will mislead travelers like me and I believe the new owner/management is far away from the old!!!.
It was very disappointing that I had to spend the first day waiting in the corridors 6 hours with my kids for anyone to answer my calls and allow me to enter the apartment. I did all what is required and shared my arrival details, which was normal working time (3 pm at a normal working day). It was not late at night or weekend! I have the hotel contact including the emergency number (24/7), claimed to be working all time!!
What is surprising me is that even Booking.com was not able to contact the host or help to understand the situation. I ended up running late trying to find a hotel in London at a last minute. Crown Plaza out of the city with double cost was the only option!!
Next day, I called the apartment and the say to me that we have new telephone and card system and we face some technical issues!! Very easy and stupid answer.
Up to this moment, I am still waiting for my money back or an answer from booking.com to cover my costs and damages.

A friend rented it out for the night and there was a noise complaint from music that had been switched off an hour before. The security came and threw us onto the street and put our stuff in bin bags on the street. Bare in mind we are 5 young girls in a area we don’t know. The security was rude.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Location was perfect and rooms nice and big! Wish it had a reception as we flew in at 6 am and had to leave our bags at Hyde park native and wait for the room to be ready and then transit to Fulham.

Stayed over New Year 2018, helpful staff supplied extra chairs for table and allowed late check out as the apartment was not booked for that night. Great bus service from just outside direct to Central London via Knightsbridge. Modern, clean and decent sized rooms at a reasonable cost. Will stay again.

Updated 20-Apr-2017: Not recommended.
I have a long term booking for 2 months in this apartment. Our boiler broke down and the management haven't been able to get it fixed for over 2 weeks now. They just leave keys to a different vacant apartment each day to use for showers.
There's nobody on site to speak to, and the folks on the helpline number can only provide limited help.

Location 4/5: close to Putney Bridge underground and good connectivity by bus. Not ideal for owned vehicles as there's no parking. The street lights do shine all night through the blinds and it's not entirely silent due to the traffic. Design: 3/5 well presented interiors, but my bed was far from comfortable. Convenience 4/5: there's a Sainsbury's down the road and lots of restaurants nearby. However, there is no staff in the building and one has to call up the helpline for any issues. The experience so far has been smooth though.

Apartment is so good with all the facilities. Very near to Putney Bridge Underground station. Wifi connection in the apartment could have been better.
