Our questions were answered promptly, there were a few delicate points to negotiate and these were handled really well. Someone from the office always returned our calls which was really appreciated and a move is always stressful.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to a friend or use if we had a property to sell.

Will's market appraisal and valuation was spot on, and his communication throughout was excellent. He was always available and proactive - virtues not to be taken for granted in the estate agency world.
This approach is clearly ingrained in the company culture as Will is ably supported by a professional team in both Southbourne & Christchurch who are capable and responsive.
Will also formed a good relationship with our buyers but wasn't precious when the time came in the later stages for us to communicate directly. All in all, a mature and professional service.

We had a challenging sale, losing the first one just before exchange, Will stayed positive and we had another buyer within a few weeks. Even this sale was not straightforward and Will was always at hand to help and together we pushed and pulled until the mist cleared and the sale completed. I found Will honest and hard working which is a breath of fresh air when other parties involved drag their heals and are less than honest to say the least, highly recommended!

We bought our house via Will and his team. They were very responsive and helpful to us, even after the sale was complete. For the seller he did a fantastic job. He kept reminding us the house was there, was flexible in organising viewings, and never let us off the hook, all without being annoying. To the extent possible he chased solicitors to hurry the process along. If I ever sell it he would get first look at the business.
