I had a good experience working with the team at Richard Godsell. The market for the property was limited as it was a retirement flat so we had few viewings however it sold after a few months, marginally less than advertised but for an acceptable sum. I would consider the original valuation to be accurate. Communication with the agent was good and while the sale took longer than expected due to legal complications, the agent did a really good job of keeping the buyer, who we were at risk of losing, placated through a difficult period.... What stood out for me was the fact that Richard Godsell has a small team which means they were all focussed on and knowledgeable about my property. The last agent must have had a dozen or so people in their team and so many didn’t have a clue about it when showing buyers. They’re a friendly and professional bunch at Richard Godsell. Communication is key and they always followed up. Would highly recommend them without hesitation. I wish I had chosen them at the start of my selling process.... Read more
