Lloyd helped us look for a new home- and has been absolutely amazing. He has a gorgeous portfolio of homes and has a lovely manner as well as being very knowledgable about the homes he’s showing. He also has a ‘no pressure’ attitude unlike a lot of estate agents and knows his clients well and wants the best for them. We will definitely be selling our next home with him and can’t recommend him enough!

Lloyd has been amazing through this whole progress. As first time buyers it’s a daunting but exciting time, and after completing viewings with other companies Lloyd was above all. From the first viewing he was very helpful, professional and made us feel at ease, without the feeling of him just there to make a quick buck. Lloyd is very down to earth, and relaxed creating an aura of comfort. He knows his stuff very well and if there is a question he couldn’t answer there and then, he would go away and find out in a swift manner. From the moment we made an offer Lloyd was there to assist us through the process, which is massive especially as first time buyers. I couldn’t recommend Lloyd Young Homes enough.

Lloyd is a very professional polite hard working young man, who in a very very difficult market was able to find a buyer for my house. He always kept me up to speed and I never felt that my sale was any less important than the mansion in Sandbanks. Unlike many High Street Estate agents Lloyd always gave my property the full attention it required for a sale. I would definitely recommend Lloyd Young Homes for any future sales.

Lloyd was really accommodating when arranging a viewing. He was very friendly and knew a lot about the property allowing him to answer all of my questions and offer advice, which was very useful as a first time buyer.
