Lloyd is a very professional polite hard working young man, who in a very very difficult market was able to find a buyer for my house. He always kept me up to speed and I never felt that my sale was any less important than the mansion in Sandbanks. Unlike many High Street Estate agents Lloyd always gave my property the full attention it required for a sale. I would definitely recommend Lloyd Young Homes for any future sales.

Lloyd was really accommodating when arranging a viewing. He was very friendly and knew a lot about the property allowing him to answer all of my questions and offer advice, which was very useful as a first time buyer. Lloyd Made buying a house such an easy process, It was my first time buying a house and have heard some horror stories about pushy estate agents but Lloyd is not your typical estate agent, he is professional and personal, and genuinely cares for his clients. He was there to help us from start to finish and we wouldn’t go anywhere else when we decide it’s time to move again in the future.

Everything about Lloyd screams integrity. From his pleasant appearance, (no stuffy overpriced suits to hide behind here) to his friendly and calming manor.
This estate agency knows it’s stuff, but that doesn’t mean they will throw industry words at you making you feel at their mercy. Instead, everything is explained in a sense making style, to boost your own understanding and help you through this stressful time.
If you want to sell your house or buy a new one and not be lied to. This is the place to go!
