Carried out sub standard dangerous electrical work. Maintenance team painted around a wardrobe rather than move it. Painted over room border rather than remove it with an abomination of a paint job. Left house in a mess - failed to clean property. Carpets upstairs all left damaged by paint. Vandalism to walls. Took them to PRS who found them guilty. They still didn’t pay the compensation awarded by PRS. They on verge of being suspended by PRS for non compliance- they already been removed once before. Do not let your property to them!... They like to pass on blames to landlords, then lie about things that needs fixing so they get their cut. Tenants avoid them, landlords beware unless you have your own handyman otherwise you'll be ripped off at all times. Wentworth Estates is a family business so they're all in it for the money but pity their attitude stinks too.... Read more

Waqas at Wentworth Estates worked extremely hard to find a buyer quickly and complete the sale of our flat, despite challenges regarding EWS for cladding. He communicated well and constantly followed up with both our and the buyers solicitors to ensure the sale progressed. We were overseas so it was great to have someone so hard working on the ground.
