Absolute garbage, avoid at all cost.
Signed up for full management of our flat: bad communication, rent late quite often (blamed tenants), had to chase Michael all the time... Lied when we caught them renting to a different tenant (without notifying us), failed to notify tenants that we wanted to terminate the contract, stopped replying to all communication after that and carry on taking the rent. Reported to PRS but didn't do much even after winning our claim.
Situation today: 6 months without rent, no ideas who lives in our flat, no communication.. lawyers on the case, waiting for court day trying to get our flat back..

- 168999 stars. Lying on the ad saying availablr immediately, agent not coming for the viewing, scaming for 'holding deposit' money for 4 walls window and door alredy occupied with squaters, lying in the face, money gone bye bye, no response by 'move in date'. Thanks.

The deposit protection service said that my money was not in there even after I rang them and asked even past the 30 days it was not in their. The studio flat they put me in was full of mould and wex and co tried blaming it on someone else but I done and signed the tenancy agreement at wex and co but still they thought they not responsible for the apartment but I signed through them. What I found out was wex and co are telling the landlord that it's £900 but pocket the rest and they thought they can take my deposit but till I called everyone in the government and interpol because the houses are getting paid with money from scammers and buying property over here. Don't trust what they say always look at the tenancy and make sure you ring the deposit protection service to make sure your payment has been put in.

I have been with wex and co since 17th June 2022 now I can't live in the apartment because of the black mould growth everywhere and now they said I can get my deposit back and move on but when I phoned the deposit protection service they said my deposit was not in so they have 30 days by law to put it in their because on my tenancy I signed it got it on there that it will be safe but its 1 day left and still nothing not even a phone call or nothing I tried to get my landlord details but no response

They just ignore you for months and when you get back to them , they looking for excuses to don’t pay you the deposit back blaming you for what they didn’t fix when you ask them

We just bought from Wex and Co and the overall experience was very good. I have to commend the staff for their patience, and helpfulness from the moment we put an offer forward to the seller. I haven't bought and sold before so i was unsure as what to be expected, but all was explained throughout the process. Just wanted to say a big thank you to Lak and Justin, who were really exceptional.

Just rented my 2 bed flat with Wex and Co. I found them to be very helpful, understanding and hardworking. The market is quiet at the moment, so it took longer than usual but I listed it with 3 other agents. The process was positive and would use them again if the flat comes available again.

Just sold my house with Wex and Co, and the service was impeccable. Kept me updated throughout the sale. I had a terrible experience with my solicitor but with Wex advice and experience they helped smooth things over and eventually we got it over the line, before the deadline came for the SD. Our main contact was Tiffany who understood her role, and generally made us feel very looked after from start to finish! My brother will be selling next year, so i have already suggested that he uses their services.
