Busy not doing anything, especially when paying them to manage your property, not even capable of arranging access to your own house, always collecting rent or returning calls after leaving a messages with the office

I showed my interest in a flat and I let them know I had 10 days until I had to be out of my current place.
The agent was late for the viewing, showed up without a face mask and the wrong keys to the property and had to go back to get his mask and the right keys.
They wasted my time, I called daily to be informed about how the process was going as I was on a deadline.
The day I was meant to move out I was expecting a call from them about me getting the keys to the place after sending all the paperwork, paying for deposit and giving them references.
They gave me false hopes to then tell me I could not have the place: they told us the landlady was more inclined to select us rather than the other people interested in the place but it wasn't true and now the place is back on the market.
Unbelievably careless, they are not professionals. Because of them I now have to find somewhere temporary to live.
100% upsetting experience!!

Went to view a property that I really liked, made an offer and had been told by the agent Aziz that he will get back to me the same day. I have called the office 5 consecutive days and was always told that he will get back to me but never did. Do not recommend this agency at all, so happy that never rented from them.

Thank you for leaving a review.
Our Landlord wouldn't accept you because you would not be able to pass our referencing and because you lied about your income. I think you knew that. I would have explained that to you if you were available when I tried calling. Obviously you would get disgruntled because you never got the property. You also cancelled another viewing arrangement at the last minute where special arrangements were made to accommodate you.

Unfortunately out of 10 people who want to take a property only one will be able to move in. The reasonable ones won't get disgruntled just because they were not able to get a property.

I would also advise you wear a face mask when viewing properties during the pandemic of COVID-19 and observe social distancing rules without being arrogant, especially if you are expecting a baby. Good luck with the baby and everything else anyway. Hope you have found your Dream Home.

The agent didn't attend the viewing, I had no information nor direct telephone contact, despite having called the office whilst at the property. When I have complained about it, they said they had the wrong number (which it is not true because they called me to book the viewing and I had the correct number referenced in my email), "so it was not their fault".

Highly recommended estate agent!!!
I’ve used them long time ago when was getting my first house and was happy with services provided. And even now calling for advice and help regarding properties. Happy that I was never let down by friendly staff.
