What a rude staff!
I called this morning to ask about a property advertised. The phone reception was not good and I couldn't understand what he was saying on the other line. I asked him to repeat and HE HUNG UP ON ME. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. What kind of a "reputable" company are you representing?

Terrible customer service. It was a smooth process when we decided to rent a property from Preston Hill Estate agent. Now we have left the property we have been fighting for months to get our deposit money back! Constantly being fed with lies and empty promises. Be careful before you use this estate agent!

I am a landlord and have used, and will continue to use Preston Hill Estates for many years. They have always found me good quality tenants in the Wembley & Harrow area's in good time, and for the target rent wanted - With the rent always paid to me in a speedy and timely fashion. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family, either for somewhere to rent, or to utilise their services in relation to letting a property and letting agents.
