Please avoid Walsall Housing Group!! They don't care for there tenants and they allow violent tenants to attack there disabled tenants!! All there so called "awards" are fake!! They are a disgrace of a company and are rogue landlords!! Wish we never went with them! They cause tenant's to have a nervous breakdown and they just laugh in your face!! Warning to all never buy shared ownership from WHG their lie to get you to buy saying u own this and that then when the snags come round 12 A4 pages worth their ignore you along with the developer they should all be locked up for fraud and putting my children in danger leaving a staircase not safe for 6 months to go unfixed. My wife is disable we were having our bath turned into a walk in shower wet room imbeciles upstairs their waste pipes off their bath because their bathroom is above ours because their idiots above wasn't reporting their problem our seline sorry if not spelt right started to bulge and cracking to the point where there was maggots and small flies dropping through the hole dropping on me and my disabled wife we reported it to WHG but their words can't do anything because it's not your property so I had very strong words with my neighbours and he said he'd talked to whg and they said come out such and such day and said it wasn't good enough WHG are a joke this neighbour I've talked about every time he asked for a repair or anew fence even though he's had letter's to clean his house and garden and had warnings written warnings but nothing gets done but us who maintain our house had to repair our gardens make it better but our neighbours garden is a mess overgrown grass rubble everywhere but he gets all the help where as me and my disabled wife get told oh you have to wait like isaid before WHG ARE A JOKE !!!!!... Do not move to a WHG property. Work men are shoddy and cowboys who don't turn up. Neighbours can be Violent, smash property, do drugs, kidnap someone (all with police reports) and WHG will point blank refuse to help you. Housing officer will magically change as you are getting somewhere. Absolutely spineless housing officers who are petrified of the local area. There properties are not well maintained in the slightest. Awful housing association.... Read more

Absolutely joke of an organization!!! Had a mice infestation since 2021 made complaints had some holes covered up by workers but clearly still no joy had numerous pest control visits the new company they use are a joke also but that doesn't do nothing long term. Even wrote to my local MP which geared them up into doing some fixtures but it still hasn't resolved the issue. My whole block is infested neighbours have complained and nothing!!!! They tried to move me to another flat but I refused because why would I want to live in another flat knowing from reviews other flat tenants have the same issue on top of that it was by a pond!!!! Why on earth would I want to live near a bloody pond knowing rats as well as mice reside near ponds!!!! They are now running in and out of my children's bedroom Ive caught 2 within 2 days it's a joke!!! God forbid my kids get sick because they are also running on my kitchen sides so I gotta bleach them down every single day!!! After this month I will be withholding rent because why should you get rent when I'm made to live in dump!!!! And before you comment about it being my issue MY FLAT IS CLEAN THE ISSUE IS WITH YOU WALSALL HOUSING GROUP AND YOUR POORLY BUILT PROPERTIES AND CUSTOMER SERVICES!!! MY HOUSING OFFICER SONIA HOWELL IS ALSO A JOKE NEVER FOLLOWS UP ON ANYTHING I HAVE TO CHASE THINGS UP WITH HER! Absolutely brilliant! Great team of lads! They've looked after us in literally every way. We had two first class plasterers put the new walls and ceilings and two chaps named Lee and Dan took care of the new kitchen fitting. Jasper over saw the work. They were absolutely professional at all times, the quality of work second to none. Why any bad reviews about the work force I have no idea! The lads that came to work on our kitchen are simply outstanding tradesmen..........our new kitchen looks brilliant as it nears completion. By the time it's over we're going to have a kitchen worthy of a country manor. Brilliant work.......many thanks lads ????... Read more

I waited 4 and half hours for my gas check, no one turned up and no one contacted me, then I ring them and they say they can take legal actions to make me schedule another 4 hour slot for a second attempt for them to attend, hilarious, its them who didnt attend!!!
