I would have give them 5 star but let down down by their recommended conveyancer after the sold sign came up. Conveyancer cancel our ist meeting as he would not be able to do conveyeyancing as he is not qualified to do so.
Wasting time and energy. Now I have to find another one this week and repeating the whole process taking time for completion of sale.
I am not sure how long it will take. Very disappointed indeed.

Harry O'Brien was very helpful and quick to deal with our enquiries. We called to get a viewing, he followed all government protocols and was very patient with us. Moreover, he was kind enough to provide me with his personal phone number so that I could text him whenever I need - this was very important to me since I can easily get anxious.

After having my house on the market for 8 months the agent, Mike Holland, came up with a new plan, and using their multiple locations found me several viewings in the matter of a week. We bought our new home with Connells. A very friendly bunch - especially Ollie who was honest, professional and always a pleasure to deal with. When we wanted to visit the property multiple times before completion for measurements, builder quotes etc. it was never a problem and when we had a delay with the solicitor they were quick to look into the problem and chase it up. I would recommend as a buyer.
