Worst estate agents
Had a severe rat infestation since the beginning that got worse due to landlord not fixing the issue . Son ended up on oxygen due to mold in 2016 . Now been giving an eviction notice due to not paying rent because of having to replace flooring twice because of the rat infestation and constantly replacing food that the rats eat . Instead of helping fix your repairs they give you eviction notices
Also may i add i was left without a cooker at Christmas time 2022 as the rats chewed through my cooker wires

Avoid like your life depends on it as it might just
Appalling! Staff are rude, and appear to not understand basic customer service let alone how to run an estate agency.
no repairs are ever done even when they have caused injury and continue to pose risk of serious risk of injury or death.
Trying to reach anyone is painstakingly difficult especially when it is a solicitor trying to reach them to sue them.

This company was originally called home point. They took people for about £10000.00 and owed me £14.000. Then it was started again under his wife’s name. Please don’t go there. I have still got the same tenant in who hasn’t paid for 2 years. A lot of stress and many sleepless nights.

I am posting this on behalf of my mom as she isn’t very tech savvy but after just listening to the way that people at those estate agency speak to people I feel it needs to be said. The lack of professionalism and respect shown by the so called ‘manager’ of this establishment is disgusting. Unhelpful, disrespectful and above all just plain rude I would advise anyone to avoid this estate agency and use someone that has customer service skills and above all just a respect and the ability to speak to people in the correct way.

My experience with point to homes has been a positive one.
Ryan who is one of the agents has looked after me through the whole process, while keeping in contact at all times throughout.
The customer service I received has been great, any issues and problems have been dealt with.
The whole process was easy and the only time consuming part of the letting was the landlord for you checks and website are a bit clunky.
On the whole I would recommend.
