Some communication issues - asked for call backs on two occasions and did not receive any.
Not sure 'mate' is the sort of language one should use when in conversation with a client ?
Not sure who was responsible for the on-line marketing ?
I think it may have been iamsold? Was promised a Boxing day re-market as this, historically, is a strong day for on-line views - this was not actioned and we had to call to query - this was later sorted on or around the 28th December - some days after the 'strong day' the 26th December 2024 - not sure if there is a disconnect between Bairstows and Iamsold, so this may be disingenuous to Bairstows ?
We would still recommend Bairstows Walsall.

Very disappointed with the management at Bairstow Eves Walsall. As someone who lives abroad, I trusted them to manage my property efficiently, but it's been a highly inconvenient experience. Despite paying fees for new tenants, the property was left in a terrible state, even though it was agreed that checks would be done monthly. The lack of communication and concern from the management is frustrating—they seem more interested in their fees than in providing good service. This is a real shame, as the team in Walsall started off great. What was the point of me giving the Property them? Im not one to leave reviews but I hope this gets someone's attention and I get some sort of contact back

My experience with Bairstow Eves has been extremely frustrating. They placed a tenant in my property without proper vetting, who had prior criminal convictions and whose drug use was apparent throughout the property. This negligence resulted in significant damage and repair costs totalling thousands of pounds, and distress caused to the neighbours.
The agency’s response times were poor, and they lacked the expertise to manage the situation effectively. They provided no preparation or guidance for the court case and offered no advice on how to handle the tenant. I had to do my own legal research and constantly chase them for updates, and their communication was often misleading - which was the most frustrating part of dealing with them.
One example is that they told me more than once that the lock changes are 'covered' when bailiffs come in. I even physically attended branch to ask them and assure there are no further charges. They later said that essentially covered meant that I had to cover it. They did this only 2 days beforehand so that I would have to use their locksmith.
Another time, I asked their RLP team about a Section 8 and she asked what that was. The estate agents at Bairstow Eves admitted more than once that they have poor relations with their own RLP team too, which is ridiculous.
Their attitude and failure to provide necessary support have resulted in lasting financial damage and substantial emotional stress. I strongly advise against using this agency due to their mishandling of the situation and lack of professional support.
I am still struggling with the stress from the tenant they championed and particularly how they themselves handled the situation going forward from this.

Staff is unprofessional, they do not answer your calls or they will say that they will come back to you but they will never call you back. Their manager Kylie, she is not working at all and she was mostly out of office or on leave, it is also strange that on July i was getting automatic reply from her email saying that she will be back to work on June from annual leave... Probably they are taking the holding deposit from several people and then they wait to see who will withdraw their application, dragging the time with lies about the landlord. Please stay away from this agency!

Spoke to a very pushy salesman, I tried booking a viewing for a property in Walsall on the weekend and instead of telling me availability they had, he kept trying to push me to come in for a mortgage appointment, after a long long conversation trying to get a viewing, he said.. "okay, I will book you in for Saturday at the office, i asked what for he goes.. for a mortgage appointment. What a joke! did not listen to what i wanted at all, i then got my wife to call 3 days later because we liked this property he goes it's sold to her but then tried to sell her mortgage again, bless my wife she told him to call me and i had to endure yet another sales pitch.

Corey Carrington-Smith manages the house and is very professional and efficient in helping ensure necessary repairs and maintenance are performed in a timely manner.
The level of communication is also at a healthy level, detailed breakdowns of costs and experiences are sent every month, questions raised are also answered without a delay.
Overall I feel fortunate to be working with these businesses.

I was very surprised and delighted with the expert guidance and service provided by the professionals at Bairstow Eves.
This was my first time attempting to let a property and I had so many questions on where to start this whole process. I initially contacted another estate agent (very disappointing lack of interest and guidance on the matter) before googling around and calling Bairstow Eves.
One of their members of staff (Louisa) answered the phone, I explained the situation I was in and immediately received information on how to continue forward the process! I then asked about a dozen questions and got detailed and thorough responses that can only come from years of hard earned experience, which reassured me I wouldn’t need to be googling around some more after the call.
Soon after, Louisa inspected the house and discussed the possibilities and options. We managed to get the house on the market, while we simultaneously finished of remaining refurbishment works, rather than waiting until all works are complete (allowing it to be let out quicker once works had finished).
Another great help was the provision of a very reliable and competent contractor (AJ home care) who helped complete a sizeable list of various task works remaining on the house in the meantime (electrical and other trades).
It’s also worth mentioning the other team members at Bairstow Eves were very good at assisting whenever Louisa was occupied with other appointments. They operate as a very efficient unit, being able to communicate and share tasks effortlessly, which shortens delays makes life easier for the customers (us).
All in all I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future!

Avoid if you are a landlord.
Issue
They could not prove that my new tenants had declared to them they had a dog. They moved in and I was surprised to see a dog in the property. I paid £540 to Baristow Eves as landlord. I expect competence and due diligence.
A new contract had to be issued with pet clause at additional £50 cost (on top of the fee I paid for new tenancy).
I emailed them on 6, 14, 20th June and no response.
I call the office many times and nobody answers the phone as line is mostly busy. You are directed to voicemail / no call back.
I eventually spoke to a human in the office on the 27th June (4.24PM) and was told Louisa Taylor has gone travelling. Her inbox is being monitored by branch manager Kiran Aujla. A message would be sent to Kiran.
It's 4th July 2023 and no email or phone call from branch manager.
I got a response from Kiran Aujila by email on 8th July saying she will look into why new contract has not been issued with pet clause. I paid £50 for amendment (reluctantly) on 6th June I have had no follow up and it's 30th July.

Jess at Bairstow Eves was absolutely amazing. I called up asking about places to rent, she sent me one on the spot and booked me in for a viewing and we get the keys no less than 2 weeks later.
Lovely people who actually care about you getting somewhere to live. Have had some issues with the landlord since but it is out of this companies control and they did everything on their end to make this as easy as humanly possible. Definitely recommend

My boyfriend and I have had nothing but trouble working with this letting agency. When trying to call them I had to repeat call around 16 times before someone answered. We put a holding deposit on a rental property which was then "taken off the website". We passed all credit checks and had references from our employers to prove our income. This was done very quickly, we were pressured to get this done ASAP as the landlord wanted someone in the property before the end of the month. A week followed and we didn't hear anything. An ad for property reappeared on the company's website and zoopla, however we hadn't been contacted and were very confused. I called them (took 12 calls) and spoke to Ben who had no idea what was going on with the property and only said "we're negotiating with the landlord". Another 3 days passed with no news and finally I managed to contact Meg who was the agent we had the initial viewing with. She informed us that the landlord had pulled out and offered us a far more expensive property which we refused. Meg assured us that as it was an issue with the other side we would receive our holding fee back. Over two weeks later and we are still waiting for our holding deposit after being told we would recieve it by Friday. We're unable to contact anyone at the office as calls are cut off after one ring. Avoid using this company for rental properties. It's not worth the hassle.

Kept ringing to be told our money would be paid back Friday and it wasn't. Do not go through these they are a huge waste of time and money. We will personally come in to your branch to get out money back! Thieves!

Shady, waste of time agency, will never look at any of their property listings again.
Refused to give us a viewing UNLESS we first waste our time speaking to their inhouse mortgage advisors, even though we have an AIP already from a highstreet bank.
I wonder if the vendor is aware that they're not getting as many viewing as they could be, due to the shady practices of this agency.

this is a fraudulent agency, I was with them for 4 years, for 4 years I have only called them 3 times for a problem at home and they have always come for 2 months to finish their work, I was not satisfied with this service and decided to When I left the house, an employee of the agency came and thanked me for the house that was so clean. When I left the house, they told me that my deposit would go to the bank for 10 days. 2 months have passed. I call them and go to the agency. we still sent the report, it's always scams, after 2 months they bring me a report where they tell me that the wall outside the main door has a crack and the tile is not beautiful, while I always call them on the phone to change it, I'm very disappointed from the people who work at this agency, they always deceive, what they say today, they don't say tomorrow, they simply deceive

Fast forward 6 years, and I came straight back to Bairstow to sell my property. I can only back up what I said back then! The most helpful team of people you could wish to meet. If you need a Mortgage Advisor, get booked in with Sarah. We laughed and cried together and she constantly updated me with everything. No question was ever too stupid to ask!
I literally can't praise these guys enough. As anybody can imagine, being a first time buyer is terrifying. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing. Between Marianne, Liz and Stacey, I couldn't have asked for more helpful, genuine, down to earth people. I am an investor and deal with a lots of agents and can honestly said the staff at the Walsall office are extremely unprofessional. I would say my sale eventually went through despite them and not because of them. One person deals with your query, doesn’t get back to you and you end up having to speak to someone else and so on. My buyers also had a bad experience with them and were told their offer couldn’t be put forward if they didn’t use their recommended solicitors. Will never use them again.

We would not recommend the Bairstow eves Walsall branch. After several years of poor service, the branch staff are now lying about events to save their skin. They hardly answer the phones and when they do staff stay they are too busy. Only one person really does anything and that’s only when you prompt them to do so. As a fully managed customer they have done hardly anything. Raising a formal complaint with countrywide is no better. They never answer their calls and you get told they are aware of an issue with the lines but won’t call you back nor will they fix the issue so customers can speak to them. Also they put tenants that have destroyed my property into another landlords property portfolio as it’s income for them. They have no care in getting right people in your property. I feel sorry for the new landlord that will now have to deal with the awful tenants and the poor service from Bairstow eves.

They don't answer the phone after viewing of a property to let and wanting to apply. I have been to their office and they just lied in my face I didn't call them. Even when voicemail was left and text message sent. They said I will receive an email with the application forms which I have never received and they never answered the phone again. My friend called them from another number and they answered straight away. Extremelly rude and unprofessional and don't understand the reason for it. They tried pushing their broker service and said I would only be able to put in an offer if vetted by their internal services despite having a mortgage in principle and explaining my circumstances (after refusing to have an appointment, they said it would be okay). Had to chase a few times to try and get a viewing, once a time had initially been agreed the appointment was changed several times before being cancelled altogether due to the seller being in a chain that had already been prior agreed. They were trying to sell a house that was already part of a chain, awful and unprofessional!

Spoke to someone today. She cut me off when I didn't finish speaking. Very rude staff. Everytime I called they would cut me off. Left a message and nobody still called me back. I work in a pharmacy and customer service is ever so important. For bairstow this was very unprofessional. I agree with the comments with 1 star. Have no idea how they are getting 5 star reviews. Updating this review as even the next morning nobody responded back to the message I left on the answering machine. Staff need to be trained.

They might not be as cheap as purple bricks but they're worth every penny (this is 2nd property they've sold for us and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.) This has got to be the worst agency in the whole of the UK. Professionalism =0, enthusiasm=0, lying=100. I've moved to my apartment last summer with a private landlord and after a few months the place got brought by a new landlord who hired Bairstow Eves in Walsall to deal with the tenants. Ever since we tenants have to rely on Baristow Ewes for support in emergencies, we have been left out. All the neighbours have major problems in their apartments, problems that are illegal and dangerous and despite this the agency refuses to move their fingers. From the way they on the phone in the office the odd occasion they pick up the phone, they sound like a bunch of kids with huge ego's.
I've had water leaking from the roof for over a year, I've had no central heating and hot water in the middle of winter for over a month, ever since the agency came the rubbish in the area has started building up because the agency does nothing about it. Anytime the agency sends people to carry out some sort of maintaince, they send some of the worst handymam who never have a clue about what to do. The agency is always sending letters to the flats here about how they are working on fixing all the issues and the irony is they cannot even spell in their official letters which is full of spelling mistakes which don't seem much but it does show you dealing with.
My advice, stay as far as from Bairstow Eves in Walsall because they have no moral standards and will leave you in deep trouble with no help.

Very low level of customer service and lack of communication within the branch and colleague's. I've been chasing some money which suppose to transferred to me, it's been almost 5months I have not had my money dispersed to yet. I have called on many occasions to the branch but still have not been resolved the matter, a staff member named Sammy has took on my inquiries for the last 5 months and still has not come to a conclusion. Every time I call she says Im just waiting on the administrator to release the money, it's been 5 months that's all I have been gearing from Sammy. I have no choice this week but to take legal action to get my £550 of money which I am entitled to. Overall a very unprofessional company. I advise anyone not to rent there house out this company, very quick enough to take your money but not quick enough to give you the money back nor that basic costumer service.

Ok, listing the property and the marketing was excellent also dealing with the open day and sale.
Negative was them introducing me to their group in house conveyancing service which is terrible. After sales care was ok if you dealt with the main person, other staff were less responsive which isn't great when considerable commission is payable. In such a competitive estate agent market customer expect nothing but the best.

I've been left without central heating and hot water since the 1st of October and it's been like a full time job calling the agency only to repeat the same old robotic responses.
'Oh we are sorry there is nothing we can do, the landlord has to sort it out'. It literally takes 2 minutes for the landlord to get a plumber down or someone but instead the agency have messed me around for over 3 weeks now. No heating, no hot water, which are emergencies and the by law should be fixed within 48 hours and this agency is giving me nothing but empty promises, 99% of the time they don't even pick up the phone.

Don't recommend anyone whether it's sales or lettings. Once they have your money they are not bothered. Service is appalling. Looking for a new agent. You will have to keep ringing as they will hardly answer the call and when You leave voicemails or emails for any emergency they will only reply as per there convenience. If you're lucky when they answer the call, the only statement they kept repeating is " Due to pandemic we are short of staff we will take your message and get back to you" and they will never get back to you. If you have a lot of money and time to waste then sure go to them. Just want to add last point, except for Louisa in there team no one will try to help you so can't say anything wrong about Louisa. I am not sure if she is still working there.

I have never had so much trouble with and agency returning our deposit. Even after sending mutiple emails to them about agreeing for the deposit to be returned on my husband's account, they are still asking for confirmations.
They are really slow on responding to messages too, and when they do, they are usually unclear and unhelpful.

Absolute cowboy of a company.
Take £600 for admin fees when in reality you have to do all the chasing up yourself. Joe, Laura and co are very friendly BEFORE the money is handed over, but that's where the customer service ends. We kept calling up and were told that "someone will call you back" but they never do.
When we had the initial viewing we asked when could we move in, the lady replied "oh this weekend", well you can have a good guess what happened......didn't get the go ahead until 2 weeks later!
When we did finally move in, the boiler wasn't working. Called up straight away and we were told that someone would be notified the following morning. We managed to get the boiler working ourselves the following day anyway, but it wasn't until TWO WEEKS LATER that bairstow eves actually bothered to send someone around!! I mean this isn't a broken fence panel that can wait etc it's a BOILER!
Do people just assume we're living in the Arctic and it's ok to have cold showers in February?! Clearly bairstow eves don't care.
Again after moving out and trying to get hold of our deposit, we had to do all the running around of emailing this that the other, call here, go there. Absolute disgrace! What do we pay £600 for?! For you to sit on your ars*s and eat a sandwich at bang on 12 noon?!

But the truth of the matter is they don't care and they know it.

How long can it take to get your deposit back from Bairstow Eves Wallsall? I am now at 9 weeks. Despite being told by them that there is NO reason why my money shouldn't have been released, here I am STILL waiting.
I have called and called, being told on three occasions that I would receive my money within 5-7 working days. Every single time I have been let down. Every time I call, I am told that they will "look into it" and call me with an update the following day. I don't remember a single occasion on which they have actually called me back.
I am absolutely sick and tired of the staffs awful customer service and their apparent inability to organise the return of my deposit and will now be raising a dispute with the DPA for the return of my money as Bairstowe staff have proven their incompetence in doing so. Absolutely useless branch right from the start (Gave us wrong keys when we signed the lease). I would give 0 stars if it were an option.

I cannot rate stacey and the team highly enough. Even before stacey came to do my valuation she called beforehand to see what position I was in and where I wanted to move. She came for the visit armed with the properties she had for sale in the area which is something the other estate agents didn't do or seemed interested in.
Stacey did everything asked and more. Within 48 hours of going on the market I had over 15 viewings booked for an open house and numerous offers on the table within 24 hours.
The branch are proactive and were on the ball and chasing everyone involved to ensure everything was on track. If it wasnt for stacey chasing the solicitors and my vendor I don't think I would be sitting in my new house now. Also negotiating my new house purchase took the stress of me.
If anyone is looking for an estate agents then please speak to Bairstows walsall. They are work their weight in gold. Others may appear cheaper but have hidden costs like professional photos etc.
This is definitely a case of getting what you pay for. They deliver on their promises and I would recommend to everyone.

Terrible service... made me pay 150 for an application form for a house. I provided all details and they rejected me with no solid reason and didn't even give the money back. The agent didn't explain any application and just said to fill the forms in and provide the money to get my application processed quicker. They are a big fraud as after rejecting you they say that the money is non-refundable however before they said that the money is actually for our deposit and we have recorded the conversation we had with you. When I asked for the recordings they said we don't have any recordings however they said something different a day before, clearly they are lying. Now I have lost my money, wasted my time and haven't even got the house. I would never recommend them. The lady on the phone was extremely rude I spent a whole day on the phone with a lady called Siobhan. And provided her everything... every time I called her her phone line was busy, not even once she mentioned that the money is non-refundable. She was rude and didn't even let me finish my sentence and hanged up. Horrible experience.

Wow, what a fabulous bunch these guys are! They have been on a journey since October last year, in search of an apartment/house as a buy to let. I called to arrange a viewing and had it confirmed by the rude woman on the phone. I then drove 106 miles the following day to view the property, arriving 25 minutes before the appointment time. I waited nearly hour for the estate agent to turn up but nobody did. I tried to call them numerous times and there was no answer. Finally I got sick of waiting and left, making the 106 miles journey back home. At no point did anybody have the decency to contact me to inform me of a delay or cancellation. I will make sure I report this to the CEO and also the governing body.

I get to the place I was meant to be viewing, they call me 10 minutes before the appoinment and said that the viewing cant be done today..
Why would you phone me 10 minutes prior if you office is 15 minutes minimum from the place u was viewing?? Complete waste of time.

Utter shambles. I asked for a simple tenant find for a house that I am letting. Lo and behold after returning from holiday i discovered that I have been billed for rent collection and an extortionate management fee and & top of that a tenancy deposit scheme, neither of which i asked for. I spoke a a number of staff who havent got a clue about customer service and then spoke to someone called Kiran who hung up on me. Clearly a shining example of disgusting customer service. Leeches looking to fill their boots. Stay away from this firm.

I would have gave 0 stars if I could. I had paid £600 for a property that I was told time and time again would be mine if the credit checks go through. All my checks went through fine I turned up at the house today for a viewing only for no-one to turn up. Phoned Jenny, the agent who was dealing with the property, for her to tell me someone else had applied and it's gone. Why did I pay £600 for them to let someone else apply?? Why was there 2 other people waiting to view a property that I was told was mine pending credit checks? Not only have you robbed me of £600 for nothing you left me to travel in the rain with my kids to view a property that no-one turned up to show me! No one let me know of this before hand! Worst service I've ever received and I would advice everyone to steer well clear! I want my £600 back ASAP!

Unprofessional, neglegant and havent got a clue about customer service.
Managers are being put in place to face customers but they are insensitive and really couldnt care less about you.
Repairs undone and nothing gets followed up. They only want your money. They dont care about tenants only the homeowners.
Customer service in the office is another ordeal. Your call will be under prioritised because you are not a customer sitting infront of them.
From bad to worse from the very beginning.
Will never use this company or recommend to anyone.

I think I have just about dealt with every member of the lettings team in Walsall. First impression for me mean a lot, meeting Joe Fletcher at my property I instantly felt comfortable and confident I was giving my biggest asset in the right hands. Laura and Louisa both kept me updated with the viewings...not that there was many as it was rented the day after it going on the market!! By the following weekend the tenant had moved in. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Kiran a few times (branch manager) who is very informative and knows her stuff!
Honesty if your looking for a professional and great value for money service call Bairstow eves.

If you're looking for an estate agents to use, DO NOT use Baristow Eves. They are beyond useless and all they're bothered about is getting your money, I had to pay £625 in fees (I've paid £290 at others so why on earth it's that much is beyond me) for them to then tell me I wasn't getting the house without a reason, then when I wanted a refund I was given excuse after excuse and kept getting fobbed off, trying to give me other disgusting houses that didn't meet any of my criteria (horrid areas, filthy houses, not enough bedrooms, too far etc) why ask what my requirements are if you're going to ignore them! Anything so they can keep the money, no one bothered to keep me informed with my application or refund. A special mention to Laura at the Walsall branch who tells you she is calling back in 2 minutes and then apparently falls off the face of the earth for days at a time and can't be contacted. Also Kiran I think she was called who is one of the most rude, patronising people I've encountered but then most of the team I've spoken to are, they are all extremely unprofessional. I would never waste my time using this company ever again. I assumed they would be a decent company as it is a well known brand which is why I went with them but apparently not! After looking into them I've seen so many bad reviews about them, this just goes to show that you need to research before you commit to anything and I've certainly learnt my lesson from this.

Joe fletcher was the letting agent who arranged my tenancy agreement. After i explained my horrible experience with my previous landlord who put my health and safety seriously at risk, He promised me all of the properties with bairstowe eves are of a safe standard and all checks and assessments are up to date and accountable. 7 months into my agreement, I have been without heat or hot water in my property I rent for 5 weeks now since October 2016. And have discovered a used syringe and needle concealed in the boiler insulation. None of them will take any responsibility for their role in ensuring the standard of this property is as advertised upon agreement. Linda Costello from countrywide lettings maintenance department doesn't know what month we are on and sends "automated replies" advising you she will be back in the office in November...when it is now December!!!!! Thomas leech from country wide lettings maintenance has arranged 3 seperate occasions in which my guarantor took 3 days of work to accomadate, only for failure to attend and no contact to be made. Leaving my guarantor appauled at the service, communication, and sheer lack of organisation skills possessed by the people who represent this establishment! Cannot wait to finish my tenancy agreement so my guarantor and I can find a more reliable service elsewhere.... The experience I am having, I might as well be with a rogue landlord.

I rented a property with this estate agent and to get things done while I was living at the property was a nightmare I had to move out way before the tenancy was up because my daughter had asthma. So my tenancy was up in August I handed in the keys early july and asked whenever anyone is going back to the property I will like to be there. No one contacted me. I called up five times about my deposit was told they will sort it out and get back to me still nothing. I called back one last time and asked to speak to the manager I was told the manager was on the phone, so I explained my situation only to be told that the manager can't do nothing about me getting my deposit back I need to phone the deposit team or whoever. I was then giving a number to call them then he slammed the phone down and that's it. I will never use this estate agent and or even ever rent a property again. No communication no team work and no one cares as I can see.

Barristow eves walsall works incredibly hard to get you the property you want and need. There quick at returning calls and are always happy to see you. The welcoming faces at barristow eves just makes it all that much better when your under a stressful situation. This includes making calls to France just to speak to your dad. There were lots of things I didn't know, Joe helped me with lots of things he didn't need to with making sure my property was ready to let, with small renovation tips to make sure it was ready when the tenants viewed.
It was rented after 1 week.
Im hoping this is the first of many houses, I wouldn't go anywhere else, Joe will always get my business.

After months of renovating my house that I had newly brought (buy to let) I had almost every letting agent out in Walsall to see the property. It wasn't untill it met the lovely,trustworthy and professional Harjinder when I descided bairstow eves as my agent of choise. after the property had been on the market for one day joe gave me a call to inform me of a prospective tenant he has who viewed the property that day. That fantastic tenant has now moved in. The service I have received has been second to non the whole team from Harjinder for putting the house on the market,joe for making the move in process as smooth as possible, and Laura and Kiran for always been helpful when calling the office.

We had a really good experience with Bairstow Eves.
From initial valuation with Kate all the way through to completion of the sale with Stacy and her team, everyone was friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgable.
From not having any luck with other estate agents, Bairstow Eves sold our property within three weeks and we would recommend them to anyone (in fact we have done and they sold the property even quicker). We will certainly use them again in the future, should we need to.
We can also recommend Marianne's services as a mortgage advisor. She has gone through and found us the best mortgage for our circumstances and has sorted all the paperwork.
All in all they all make a great team.

Everyone we encountered in the branch was friendly and polite, and as soon as we put our offer in they were making suggestions and helping us sort out the details. We were first time buyers and it was good to have close service.
The sale took longer than expected, but whenever we had questions they were always happy to answer and chased up our solicitors for us several times, without which the sale could have taken even longer. Queries that took days for the solicitors to get back to us on were explained to us in a 5 minute phone call every time with the advisers at the branch.
Really good for first time buyers as they were always on hand to help, and if you're any higher up in the ladder it should be plain sailing.

Had to visit this estate agents to see a lady called Marianne about changing from a variable rate mortgage to a fixed! I was dreading it to be honest as I had my 3 yr old son with me an as you can imagine it's not the most exciting place to take your child! But from the minute I walked in I was made to feel welcome, offered a drink whilst I wait then when I was actually discussing my options marianne really made an effort to involve my son an had the patience of a saint waiting for me to sort his needs out whilst telling me all the options available to me! I certainly wouldn't think twice about using this branch again!

I can honestly recommend Stacey, Kate and the team at Walsall, they recently sold two houses for us and made what we expected to be a daunting experience much easier than we anticipated.
From the first visit from Kate to the final completion /exchange of contracts they were extremely 'on the case' at all times. They sold one house before it was actively marketed whereas other neighbours using other agents had been unsuccessful in selling their homes after 18 months.
The team at Walsall were not only friendly, courteous and well informed but really seemed to very pro-active on a daily basis and updated us all along the process until completion.
