I wouldn’t recommend this company to buy with, reason being we booked online to view a property and no one turned up. After leaving a message we waited a little longer thinking they may be caught in traffic. Unfortunately no one came. So we made another appointment the next day through the online booking process.
Called them the next day to ask why no one came to which the reply was ‘You can’t book an appointment online’ In fact the lady on the phone was very rude, basically calling me a liar. She told me to wait after trying to explain my situation. I hang up in the end, my hackles were already up.
My husband rang them back for me, only to be told ‘oh yeah the property owner was already considering an offer’
Hence why no one turned up for the online booking.
I had also booked them for a valuation on our property, ( they rang me back to make that appointment) which we cancelled.
First impressions count Fraser Wood.

I recently went through a long process with Fraser Wood, and overall, my experience was positive. They were patient with me throughout, taking the time to understand my needs and ensuring I found a decent property that met my requirements. During the house visit appointment, they were friendly and professional, which made the experience much more pleasant.
However, it did seem at times that the vendor had more control over them, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, Fraser Wood managed to handle the situation well, balancing professionalism with the needs of their clients.
Overall, I appreciate their effort and patience, and I would recommend Fraser Wood for their friendly and professional service.

I can't praise this company enough. I have recently sold my mothers house following her death 12 months ago. Throughout the process, from the first stage of valuation: the marketing of the property: arranging and dealing with the viewings and the exchange of contract, the staff and Mr Perrins have been professional, competent and kept me informed throughout. We can highly recommend lee at fraser wood, lee has been extremely helpful, being in the middle of all negotiations between us and the buyer. Before completing on the property we sold , lee went out of his way to help us with any enquiries, he kept us up-to date and contacted us as soon as any new news about the house was told by the solicitors about the house sale!

Very rude customer service over the phone, don't know if she realized but rushing someone off the phone whilst explaining they have anxiety with group viewings "oh okay thank you bye". Could of gave better customer service.. offered a virtual video which I would of been happy with.. but no I got the phone put down. Clearly not interested in selling properties or dealing excellent customer service.

I contacted Andrew Perrin at Fraser Wood after finding his name listed on the ALEP website as an experienced lease extension valuer. He was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional and was happy to talk through everything with me. I was under a tight deadline and he returned a desktop valuation to me very speedily. His report was clear, concise and thorough and impressed my solicitor! I'm so thankful to have found someone so knowledgeable to help with a rather stressful process. Andrew Perrin is a JOY! And you cannot say that about your average surveyor. BUT Andrew is NOT average. He is that rare professional, whose enthusiasm for his work is only exceeded by his enthusiasm to help me/you/his clients, navigate through the property maze. He uses straightforward language (no 'engaging with stakeholders' nonsense), gets the job done, without ANY fuss, and his services are incredibly reasonably priced. Frankly, the RCIS - the surveyors' tribe, should make HIM their 'go to' spokesman. I say this with 20 plus years of radio hosting under my belt. He handled my lease extension so well, I have stopped worrying, and started breathing properly. Even the cat's chilled out! 'Thank YOU', Andrew.

I know they work for Vendor as they pay them. Overall communication is poor, they haven't communicated our concerns to the vendor, they were rushing us fake deadlines. My previous experience buying other properties with other agents was smooth. They kept ignoring my concerns to the Vendor, so the sale fell through. I now know that whom I shouldn't work if I want to sell my property. All the best to property sells via Fraswerwood Walsall. Also, they asked for 10% deposit to be paid for the Vendor as previous sale fell through. So, waste of time and money (homebuyer survey costs, solicitor costs etc.). With this second sale falling through, I am surprised how the vendor is going to meet vendor deadline by finding a new buyer, going through whole process. Happy to show you if anyone is interested and want to see the evidences.

Thankfully I received a recommendation of Fraser Wood, most notably, Mr Andrew Perrin from a work colleague.
The purchase of a leasehold from the freeholder was the objective, Mr Perrin from inception of my first contact to closure provided an outstanding service and delivered exactly what he said he would to the timescale he advised.
Mr Perrin is exceptional in his field and his knowledge and negotiation skills led to a high value saving, close to 50% which was no small sum of money.
Mr Perrin was honest, courteous and very precise with his information and punctual with communication. Mr Perrin’s assistance has made this perceived daunting task so much easier.

We used Fraser Wood Residential for advice and assistance on purchasing the freehold on my Mother's property. It was a complicated situation with a Head Lessee involved and a deadline for the lease expiry date rapidly approaching.
The person who kindly helped us was Andrew Perrin. All I can say is that Andrew gave us excellent advice and professional guidance at each stage of our progress. Any questions we had, he answered them thoroughly and gave insight into a lot of legal matters. He also knew some useful contacts which helped me to decide on a few issues. Obviously, we had a Solicitor involved for the really technical legal bits, but even then, Andrew personally liaised and engaged with them and gave me some invaluable advice personally. We did speak to other Solicitors prior to the Solicitors we eventually used, and they all recommended Andrew Perrin as the best person to seek advice from. It seemed that his excellent reputation is already well known around Walsall. As a result, I fully endorse Fraser Wood and especially Andrew Perrin. Many thanks for your expertise and assistance!

Viewed a property with the estate agents and they wanted and insisted that we arranged the mortgage with them for the property rather than my own advisor and I had the mortgage arranged in principal which was not good enough for them.
As a result, even though my offer was higher they still decided to go with the other party because they decided to have their mortgage arranged by Fraser wood.
Fraser wood mentioned that this was the vendors decision and not theirs?
I thought it's Fraser wood was selling the property on behalf of the vendor and not the vendor.
The mortgage advisor tony said he's independent but has his office based their for the last 20years. This was more his decision to stop us purchasing the property.
He also mentioned that our offer was higher and that the other party only offered which was 2,000 less.
I thought they were unable to mention offers?

Only deal with you if you decide to take the mortgage with them.
If you are also looking to sell your property, then you may not get your complete asking price because they may get a cut back from arranging mortgages thus you may receive less than the asking price.
