Very very poor customer service.
Rude and disrespectful, currently selling my house through them,
I do not even contact them for updates as each time I contact them they literally bark down the phone at me. Horrible estate agents wished I hadn’t gone through them

Mr Perrin delivered an outstanding service from start to finish. He is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently to a tight deadline, he kept us updated at all times and produced an excellent detailed report.

We can highly recommend lee at fraser wood, lee has been extremely helpful, being in the middle of all negotiations between us and the buyer. Before completing on the property we sold , lee went out of his way to help us with any enquiries, he kept us up-to date and contacted us as soon as any new news about the house was told by the solicitors about the house sale!
I cant recommend the company and lee enough
