24th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.

27th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Our family have a long connection with Fraser Wood where they have managed the lettings of a number of properties in Rushall near Walsall. They have very smoothly helped us find buyers whenever a property became vacant and we needed to put them on the market, or have helped us do the necessary renovations and upgrades to attract good tenants. It is a pleasure to deal with every department in the company as they are so knowledgeable, give sound advice and tell it how it is - which makes decision-making so much easier. It is rare to find a company where you can build a deep relationship and earn trust. Fraser Wood is one of those rare companies so we highly recommend them.

16th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Really down to earth Agents, not pushy at all. I think they have a good team at Bloxwich. Will sometimes even contact you out of their operating hours. Give honest pricing to sell your home too.

21st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)At property local they always look after your property and give you the best advice on the advertising side. I went on holiday and gave them the keys to the property for them to let they kept me up todate of what was happening with it to letting it out by the time i was back. They did all the relevant checks on the tenant and got me good rent aswell. Can't knock them for the hard work they do. Keep up the hard work lads
