A friend recommended Homepoint who had been using Homepoint to Let and Manage their properties for a number of years, have not been disappointed! Great Service, would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I really do not know how this company is still operating, they are all sleazy con artists. Made up fees, withholding deposits and ignoring emails / phone calls.
Just hope your phone call is NOT answered by a person called "Becky" she is a vile person with a horrible attitude.
They come up with all sorts of weird and wonderful reasons to hold your deposit, ours was the gutters had leaves in them and there was mould on the conservatory roof. The house had damp problems which was raised with Home Point and the landlady but ignored.
We moved out in May and still no sign of the deposit and no response from Home Point. We have agreed to the ADR process with the DPS but they cannot do anything until Home Point respond.

Recently purchased a property, and then subsequently rented it out through Connells. The team at the branch have been excellent throughout, Joni listened to exactly what i was looking for when looking to purchase and made the whole purchase seamless! Then when looking to rent, Dom has kept me updated on any offers, and once he really seems to go that extra mile for the tenants which is good news all around. Well done all!!
Probably the worse customer service ive ever encountered. Your deposit is not secure , no one wants to know if your rented property is in bad condition.
I had no hot water, damp was so bad its cost me a settee , chair , clothing and shoes.
This was at 63 hall st, Darlaston. You dont even get any correspondence to let you know one way or other about your deposit.
Their complaints department tells you , to contact landlord, yet all dealings are dealt with by Connells and i cant get contact details of landlord.
Ive now had to start legal proceedingst get my deposit and compensation for loss of personsl belongings due to the damp.
Just appalling way to do buisness.

Was told I would get a callback to arrange a viewing on a property I was very interested in, went back to check after over a week of silence to find the appartment as "Let agreed" despite being told no viewings were taking place because the current tenant was being difficult. A family member told me not to use Paul Carr after they mis-sold them an awful botched property that's cost a fortune to put right and I should've listened. Absolute time wasters.
