Wadsworths were without doubt the most professional company I've ever dealt with. Always on the ball keeping me informed at all times as and when annual inspections were done and costs to get any work completed as and when necessary the costs of which were always reasonable. Highly recommended.

I have used Wadsworth &Co for the last 15 months and cannot fault the service. James and his team are professional, prompt and responsive, and show genuine care towards both clients and tenants. The company is able to draw upon a bank of local tradespeople so that any maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly. The fees are reasonable and good value. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

James goes above and beyond to help with and resolve any problems that may arise.
And unbelievable as it may sound if I look for a property to purchase I make sure it is in the area that Wadsworth cover so that James can manage the letting for me.

James is always proactive and the real test of an organisation is how they handle problems.
Again Wadsworth & Co are at the top of the tree as they have never yet failed to come up with a solution and where additional costs are incured they clearly outline the options.
From our experience I would not hesitate to recommend them for providing a first class service at competitive rates.
