Nick has literally turned around our rental within 48 hours of us looking at only two properties and then was there to support with setting everything up for us as we've been living overseas for the last 20 years. We have just sold our property with Kaybridge and I can honestly they have been the best agents we could have asked for. We swapped to Kaybridge last minute after meeting Kevin, and it turned out to be a great decision. Nathaniel has for the last few months worked relentlessly not only to sell our flat, at a price that worked for us, but also to find us a new home. Nathaniel goes above and beyond - communication is always open and he truly listens and understands what his clients are looking for. He's always contactable ( something we found was not true of other local agents ), always keen to update and has such a friendly and warm rapport. I would recommend Kaybridge to anyone looking to sell their property.

We recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with this agency. After viewing a house that was not yet on the market, we made an offer that was accepted, albeit the process felt awkward from the start. Despite this, we proceeded as we truly loved the house.We completed all the necessary paperwork, and the "sold" sign went up, seemingly for us. Our mortgage was approved, and we were patiently waiting for the probate to be completed, which was supposed to take another 30 days. Imagine our shock when, after waiting for a month, we received a call saying the house had been sold to someone else who made a higher bid.
In a desperate attempt to secure the home we had already invested so much time and energy into, we submitted an even higher bid. However, no one bothered to contact us with a response—whether it was a yes or no. This lack of communication and disregard for our situation was beyond frustrating, especially after we had already started dreaming about our future in that home and even began planning its architecture.If you're looking to buy a house, I strongly urge you to go to a trusted agency—one that values professionalism, transparency, and respect for their clients. Unfortunately, this agency failed us in all these aspects, and it has left us deeply disappointed.

I am from outside the UK and I purchased, rented out and sold my property in Worcester Park through Kaybridge. Kevin, the Managing Director; Nathaniel, the Sales Manager and Nick, the Head of Lettings, were all very helpful and showed remarkable level of attentiveness throughout the processes. There was virtually no delay in the purchase, tenant-finding and sale of the property. The Kaybridge Team were committed and they kept providing me with timely updates to ensure that I was never left in the dark. I think this is especially important to an overseas property buyer like me because I am physically not in the UK and rely heavily on a trustworthy and responsible estate agent and I have found a right one in Kaybridge. Therefore, if you are from within or outside the UK who are looking for a property in the Epsom & Ewell region, I would strongly recommend Kaybridge to you.

Kaybridge provided exceptional service for me as a buyer. My agent, Nathaniel, was highly professional. Throughout the entire process, from property search to completion, Nathaniel offered practical and helpful advice, kept me consistently updated on the status, and actively communicated with all the parties in our chain. Despite the complexity of a multiple-chain situation, the process was so smooth that we were able to complete much sooner than I expected. I never had to chase anyone during my purchase! I would definitely recommend Kaybridge to anyone.

I have honestly had the best experience with Kaybridge.
My Estate Agents Jason, Max and Chris are hands down incredible! My experience and the service we received was Brilliant.
The greatest aspects were the utter devotion to communication and they always had our best interests at heart. All three were on hand to answer every one of our questions, they are more than effective and more than efficient.
Max and Chris have been the boots on the ground, showing people around and sold our property, so helpful and so friendly, we are so grateful to them and we will never forget you!
Jason, the Area Sales Manager, completed the initial Valuation and the Post Sale process. Jasons levels of Service are second to none, always on hand, always communicating and pushing the 3rd parties every inch of the way. To call him a superman would be an understatement, the words I would use is "Greatest Of All Time".
