I recently had Darren from Williams Estates Rhyl visit to value my property. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Rather than focusing on the strengths of his own company or providing valuable insights about my property, the majority of the appointment was spent making disparaging remarks about a previous estate agent who had just left. It felt unprofessional and unnecessarily negative. I was hoping for a constructive and informative valuation, but instead, it became an awkward and unproductive conversation. First impressions matter, and sadly, this was not a good one. He seems like he is a very insecure little man and should speak to somebody about this before he loses Williams Estates even more sales.

Williams have been excellent providing services from prior to my tenancy and throughout my tenancy so far. Very lucky to have lovely landlords too.

The whole team were great from the start.
Darren was efficient in putting our home on the market in a timely manor, explaining the process clearly and informing us of all relevant costs.
Samantha and Sarah were both fantastic at keeping us up to date throughout the whole process which helped given the stress associated with buying/selling a property.
All members of staff responds to calls and emails promptly which put us at ease. They appeared professional and friendly.

I got a viewing of a flat for sale in Rhyl on the day I was visiting from Chester. Very well run and professional estate agents, recommended.
Have a look at all the properties for sale in the window while walking from the train/bus station to the front.

Terrible. There was no communication unless I Initiated it and obviously no interest in even trying to sell our house. At 9 months pregnant this was very stressful
