Great service from start to finish was with another agent and switched to Wilson Tominey house was sold with in one month would recommend to anyone looking at selling the house to use them staff are amazing I work at sea so not easy to get in touch with but that was not a problem to the team thank you all for your hard work

Wilson Tominey have potentially the best possible sales performance I have ever seen. Houses are surveyed quickly and marketed extremely well. I have survey to visits in 5 days, with 30+ potential buyer visits. Offers made within 10 days. Delays were only caused by buyers being unable to fulfill their offers, or solicitors taking time to raise questions etc.

From day one of instruction, I had total interaction and dedicated service from Wilson Tominey. Unfailingly polite and highly efficient telephone and personal service by all Negotiators....Answers to questions were always frank and honest - in fact Jo Wilson and myself had been talking about selling my rental property since 2017. Viewings were non-stop...The actual sale was made by Jake Mowlam a new-comer to the Company, and he handled lower offers extremely well whilst managing to negotiate a final offer acceptable to all...not easy to achieve in a frenetic market. Very well done to Jake.
Every negotiator had their merits, whilst David Tominey always remained calmly directional at all times (the occasional situation could be scary!) Jo was endlessly helpful, cheerful and positive...never once did I doubt the ability of this Agency to back me or handle a sale, or indeed achieve one. Try them, Wilson Tominey showed me First Class.
