Where do I start from the very beginning of starting the house sale Steve came round to value my property he was very informative, thorough and spent time going through everything and explaining the next steps.
Sam, Rebekah and Debbie were very quick contacting me of house viewings and getting them booked in and in a timely manner and then updating me with the feedback from when they had been showed around by Charlie.
Once the offer was accepted Sam did a wonderful job in keeping me updated from solicitors and the buyers of the property.
He made a stressfull time alot easier and gave me the reassurance that everything was in hand when it wasn't easy at times.
Overall I would highly recommend your move and the team thankyou very much

What a team! We have had such a difficult sale lasting 19 months, Rebekah just kept on going reminding us it wasn't our fault or anything about the house, she was just amazing support. We offered to go elsewhere but Steve and his amazing team never gave up on us, kept finding us new viewings but unfortunately chains just kept on collapsing, with legal cost increasing each time. We will always be totally grateful for their determination and professionalism. The last person to offer was not engaged in the purchase but we stuck with them until a buyer we had rejected turned up saying they were ready to exchange tomorrow if we were still willing. How could we refuse when our latest offer was no where near an exchange? We said yes but told only our solicitor; not even Your Move. They were the first to phone and congratulate us. We need to give a massive THANK YOU

Absolutely awful experience. Complete lack of ethics and honesty. We offered on a house, YourMove explain seller already has a sale to a buyer who has messed them around, and wants us essentially to race them to completion. We decline and increase our offer for exclusive sale, offer accepted. We find out over 4months into the sale, after spending thousands on legal fees and specialist surveys, that they are withdrawing from our sale. In short they never withdrew from sale to the previous buyer despite the express promises from YourMove that they would not do this. Obviously YourMove are acting surprised the sellers decided to do this. Do not trust them, complete lack of integrity. Basically don’t care if they ruin your life as long as they get their fee. If I could rate them 0/5 I would. Complaint will be incoming via the formal channels.

In the the spring of last year, we took the decision to sell our house in Arddleen and my elderly fathers home in Oswestry in order to move closer to family in Somerset. We used a local estate agent for both properties, however, despite a sale falling through on our property, we had no viewings at all on my dads house. We were very frustrated and this was not helped at all by the attitude of the staff at the agent who shall remain nameless. The process started in March and by July we still hadn’t had any success. We then contacted Your Move and Steve came to both properties and put them on the market for us. Within the first week, we had accepted an offer on Arddleen and had several viewings booked for the house in Oswestry. The staff at Your Move were amazing, nothing was to much trouble and both sales went through without any problems at all. We were kept informed every step of the way and we moved into our new property in early October. With hindsight, I wish we had used Your Move from the beginning as this would have saved us a lot of frustration and upset. I would totally recommend Your Move to anyone looking to move house, patient, helpful staff who always return your calls and chase up any problems which you might have.

We thought about selling our house towards the end of Sept 2020 and the initial enquiry was via the office. Steve came out to see us and remembered selling us the property in 2002 !
From then on the support, advice and helpfulness of the team, especially Bekah and Beth (who both deserve a medal for taking some of my calls !) has been above and beyond expectation. Most especially when dealing with the solicitors.

I was a first time buyer and didn't specifically look for your move themselves for my first home but that was the agent responsible for the house I ultimately bought. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and professional throughout. No matter who I dealt with they always made sure I got a call back. Answered any query I had. They also offered all other services which I wasn't aware they provided. Insurance and financial guidance. I'm giving a 4 out of 5 as I have only used them in a purchase of a home not for selling a property. But would recommend anybody to go and have a meeting with them.

He arranged the house prospectus photographer and for the energy certificate to be provided for our property.
Steve and his team advertised our house for sale, arranged the viewing appointments which they supervised and kept us informed to ensure these were convenient.
They promptly informed us of offers on our property and expertly negotiated between the prospective buyers and ourselves.
When the first sale fell through due to the unforeseen circumstances, Your Move were proactive in re-advertising our property and quickly obtained more offers.

In the past 2 years i have sold 2 houses and bought a 3rd in the Oswestry area. When i decided on the course of action i invited three Estate Agents to value the properties. I can only describe Mr Humphrey's professionalism as outstanding. He spent nearly two hours discussing every aspect of the sales and answered every question to my satisfaction . A dramatic contrast to the other parties.
Furthermore, throughout the whole exercise up until completion his attitude was at all timed helpful and his support wad excellent. In fact nothing was too much trouble for him.
I know that Estate Agents are often subject to criticism but on this occasion this gentleman has been an excellent ambassador for his profession. I should also add that the standard of service by all Your Move Oswestry personnel was of a very high standard.
