A seemless, stress free house sale which was a pleasant surprise. Bryan was a pleasure to deal with throughout the sale journey. Very professional, easy to understand and communicate with, taking the stress away from us. Once we started the process, it was all done in a timely manner and the marketing materials were spot on, which I believe is a key aspect of selling. Having previously been an estate agent I was very critical of services being offered by the agents asked to quote for our sale... Bryan Jarman of MMP came to visit us and from the first minute we spoke I was impressed! He was clear on all aspects, straight to the point, professional and above all, honest. He was excellent at getting things sorted and whenever he promised anything, it happened...on time every time.
His support throughout the whole sale process was amazing, and we felt that we were important to him and that he was working for us and with us. So often agents seem to be working for the buyer to keep them sweet, in this case Bryan found a fantastic balance of working for us and at the same time making sure our buyers were kept happy too during what became a long and emotional process. His support was unwavering.
The support staff were also outstanding...Barbara went above and beyond to make documents arrive where they needed to be in a timely manner. The whole process by MMP from start to finish was FAULTLESS. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Contacted via phone this morning. To speak to someone about letting a property. The woman on the end of the phone was damn right rude. Immediately shot me down as soon as I said it was 2 couples, didnt listen to the fact that we have children. She immediately cut me off mid sentence and informed me that this was a family property not a property share. A family home is exactly what we wanted as we are all professionals, looking for somewhere to share and enjoy family times together. Would not deal with this branch ever again. Unless the individual in question was delt with appropriately. I thought people skills and listening would be a requirement of this sort of job but obviously being rude and ignorant is what Morris Marshall and Poole employ!!

I had a specific lettings requirement. I work 100% from home and hence did not turn up to the MMP branch "Suited and booted". The guy looked down his nose at me and ruled me out before listening to my requirements. One property was suitable, but even at my specific request, he would not contact the landlord. Seems they are above making enquiries! AVOID!
