Julie Jordan has been absolutely amazing! I called to enquire about the house and Julie organised the viewing within hours and we had the paperwork for initial offer sorted before the end of the same day. Julie was extremely helpful and transparent informing us about each next step of the process over the following couple of weeks. She was very informative and thorough and we weren't made to feel rushed or uncomfortable at any point. After bad to mediocre experience we've had during our previous two lets, this was a very nice surprise. We now have everything sorted for our move in a couple of weeks.
