NOT HUNGRY TO SELL - A few months ago, the team came around to value my property. Despite recent similar sales, their complacency was evident, showing little motivation to distinguish my property from others. The agent inspected merely half the rooms, then aired grievances regarding the heating system's functionality, failing to recognize it as a feature rather than a flaw. Although they have stellar statistics on metric sites for getting best asking prices, I suspect this stems from setting sellers' expectations low to accelerate sales. Lacking the drive and dynamism observed in other agents, I chose to seek representation elsewhere for selling my home. Good luck in your ventures.... Read more

Woods were very efficient and friendly, not pushy as other agents. Even though there were problems with our initial buyer and with buyers down the chain they were always on the ball. Nick Wood and Vicky in the office were always a pleasure to talk to on the phone and kept us well informed. I would definitely use them again.
