We were lucky enough to work with Luke and Samantha when selling our house. Both did a stellar job. Luke was extremely professional when marketing the property and finding us the right buyer. We ended up in a 4 part chain which completed in only 2 months(!) thanks to Samantha's efforts in progressing it. She would send us regular updates so that we always knew how everything was going. Genuinely useless lettings department and company in general. Nothing to do with the property we rented, but these guys are complete lazy blaggers. They don’t communicate between each other, cannot do a handover between each other, don’t answer the phone, don’t follow things through. Cowboys; I’d avoid renting with this company at all costs....
