It was great to have such a high level of support throughout the entire process and the level of communication and guidance was exceptional. In particular (as someone who was relocating from another area following a bereavement and purchasing a listed property), it was great to work with the same person throughout the process who was mindful of the sensitivity of the move, had such good local knowledge, and could offer expert insight into the additional complexities of buying historic buildings and associated land. Thank you so much for all your help, it is greatly appreciated.

He provided detailed information about the surrounding area and even offered valuable insights that I had not considered. He gave me the space to explore the property at my own pace, while also being readily available to discuss any concerns or details I needed clarification on. Overall, the viewing was seamless, and Arash's expertise and warm demeanor made a great impression. Friendly, approachable and professional. Exactly what you want in an estate agent.

Stuart and his colleagues have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and diplomatic throughout all our dealings with them. They have shown integrity and been excellent in terms of communication (we never had to chase them about anything and we received a call to update us on the progress of the sale every week). I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They made special arrangements so that we could go back for a second viewing at the time we needed; they gave us access to view the property on several occasions before the final purchase in order to make plans for refurbishment etc; they monitored both solicitors and helped move things forward; and they communicated between all parties really promptly. Ultimately they are delightful people who are always smiling and happy to help. We recommend them to everyone.

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
