7th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

Ciera, Sam and Owen have always been incredibly helpful, super friendly and professional. Leila was amazing showing us around the property to start with. We will be sad to leave them. Would absolutely recommend

20th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)The sale is still ongoing and Exchange and Completion are far from certain as the prospective buyer is having delaying problems with the sale of their own property. If nothing happens soon. I may have to discuss with Connells whether they should find another buyer. No deposit has been paid so I don’t really know if the buyer is fully committed to wanting to buy the bungalow, or not.

Nicky, Ellie and Joanne were fantastic throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, they were always helpful with arranging visits, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They were supportive, proactive and genuinely great to deal with. Buying a house can be stressful, but the team made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Throughout all the staff at MT acted in a discretely professional manner, they are all knowledgable and helpful all the time without in an way being pushy unlike some of the more “got to get a sale” breed of Estate Agents. Everyone was great and it was simply a joy to buy my new abode from them. I was kept well informed throughout and never felt neglected. Thanks to you all at MT, wish you all well for the future.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
