This company do make nice houses in nice locations, but customer service is really bad, just be prepared when moving in to have a massive snag list, even basic things no running hot water! cracks in tiles, water leaks on waste pipes, kitchen cupboards do not match, worktops that are not level with each other, front door covered in masonry paint, windows and doors that don't work, radiator's and wall sockets not straight, door handles that fall off, garden slabs that rock, house not cleaned properly, these houses do not get checked before the buyer moves in, its a shame it wouldn't take much to be an amazing company.... Absolutely appalling customer service from this company. They sell you an expensive house then allow their trades to turn the front of it into a scene from the wettest year at Glastonbury. Numerous complaints eventually got it closed off after written promises from managers. They then reopen it less than 3 months later. Our house it full of mud and dust I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone unless you want the fabric of your house ruined by the mud in the wet weather and the dust in the dry weather. We have been living like this for nearly a year. Absolute Joke we are taking it to the press along with the written assurance we have it was being closed off. Thanks Martin Kerslake for being such a considerate chap and making liars of your team. Very very professional. Do not believe anything you are told by this firm.... Read more
