We have used Humbert’s twice now and both times we used the wonderful Natalie. The photos and videos are always so professional and I think it’s wonderful they do not charge extra for the walk through videos and photos as other estate agents do. After our move to North Wales we were wanting to sell our holiday cottage in Somerset. It isn’t easy when you live so far away but Natalie went above and beyond to make the sale as smooth as possible. As the house was being used as a short term holiday let it wasn’t necessarily always cleaned before viewings. Natalie would get to the house early and make sure the house was presentable before showing anyone around. She was always wonderful at keeping everyone in the loop up until completion and is a pleasure to work with.
