I rarely leave reviews but I felt my experience with Wyatt Hughes deserved the effort. I recently purchased a property via this agent and they were exceptional from start to end, in particular Jon and Neil. Although Ben Dymond helped me view some of the properties in St Leonards, he actually is based at the Ticehurst office. I can't praise Ben's affable yet professional approach highly enough. He appeared to be just as interested in the properties as I was, and it felt like an unhurried and positive experience whilst viewing these houses. In fact, there were laughs and good spirits all along the way, which is a far cry from many of the other local estate agent attitudes. Ben did his absolute best for me and even gave me some advice generally on the area and what to be looking out for. In the end, the property I found was with a different company simply because it was on a street I'd been keeping an eye on, but I've kept in touch with Ben - he rang recently to see if all was going well with the property I'd mentioned I was buying to him. I know that if I hadn't bought that particular house, I'd have been able to rely on Ben to keep me up to date with the market and he'd have most likely found me my dream house. I would recommend Wyatt Hughes because of their positive, 'can do' attitude at the same time as maintaining their integrity in the industry. They are the team which gives Estate Agents a 'good' name - not your average suited and booted wide boy!

We highly recommend The Wyatt Hughes Team. A really lovely bunch of guys. We dealt specifically with Ben and Jonathan who are really smashing people to deal with. They always kept us informed of how our purchase was proceeding and negotiated on our behalf on a rental /completion overlap which was much appreciated.
