I bought a house through Barnes Kingsnorth in Pembury in November 2018. I found their service to be very pleasant. They obviously have the best interests of their vendor at the foremost (as they should), but as the purchaser I was kept informed of the chain progression at all times. On the day of completion they worked hard to get the chain completed when it was slow at the bottom end and they did a lot of running around to help me get the keys just before my removal men were about to leave with my furniture on their van! Went to look at one of the properties on their books, Staff in the office came across as incredibly rude and unhelpful, almost like they didn't need or want our business. The Lady that came to show us the property was polite but didn't seem prepared for any questions we had. Lovely property though shame its marketed with this agent.... Read more
