After purchasing a haulage yard in next street ,
I decided to put a cash offer in on this property , to be told other buyers have to view it first to make it fair , ok fine can see the point in that , ring back day after viewing to be told it’s had been sold , now how’s that fair , because of location I was willing to go to
£180000 , so apart from me losing the house because of some porkys been told , the seller may have lost extra £10000 , depending on what it actually sold for , moral of the story is stick to your word & give everyone a chance , need less to say won’t be looking on their website again

Rented a property through your move Morley 3 years ago for 6 month and since that date have received regular text messages about power to the flat being out and emails texts and calls about boiler issues and maintenance to the flat. It something that should have been sorted when I left the property if I was dealing with a professional letting company which im clearly not. I have just called the branch for a 3rd time to ask them to sort this and the obviously young and in experienced at dealing with customers boy I spoke to was so rude I felt this was a deserved review. He interrupted me mid conversation to say 'if you let me get a word in'.......(same i was still explaining, key is to wait until I have finished talking hun and then reply.) And then slammed the phone down. Very very unprofessional. Didn't get his name as he never said it. Will not be using your move ever again and won't recommend to anyone else. Maybe send your staff on a course how to deal with customers in a polite manner unfortunately we are not all born with these skills.

Me and my boyfriend were moving out of mum and dads, the first house we found was through Manning Stainton, the agent was really rude, appeared 20 minutes late to a viewing, and 30 minutes after the viewing they were ringing us up asking if we want the house! Had a fantastic experience from Your Move Morley Lettings team. They came and valued my property only the beginning of last week and someone had taken it only 3 days after! Jamie was fantastic at the valuation, answered every question and Steph has been fantastic in updating me of the move in for my new tenant. Where do I even start? Aug 2017 we moved into a flat via Your Move Morley branch and it's been nothing but total anguish. First thing we did when the 6 month tenancy was due? LOOK FOR A NEW PLACE TO LIVE, FIRST AND FOREMOST! We didn't want to spend another second of our time with any kind of association with Your Move Morley nor our unresponsive and utterly disrespectful landlord MR HING. Everything was always "We're unable to get in touch with the landlord", we were always held at his mercy! Your Move should have something in place that if the landlord is unreachable/AWOL within a REASONABLE period of time they have to act on behalf of them regardless what the issue is. So when you end up not having a working shower for 3 weeks and you're still expected to pay the full rent you can't help but feel like you're being taken for a ride! Throughout our time with Your Move, even now, it feels extremely one sided and in the landlord's favour and WE'RE the ones who have been paying the rent every month! It'll be 14 days since we vacated the property and we're STILL waiting for the landlord to sign off the inventory.

I'm currently on a family holiday in Croatia (this is how outraged I am, I am taking family time out to write this review) Utterly disgraceful 'customer service' from the Morley branch. I sold my house via Your Move Moortown branch earlier this year and Marilyn and Beth were an absolute delight, honestly a godsend. Nothing was too much to ask for and they did everything they could to make the process clear and straightforward. Incredibly helpful and without a shadow of doubt they're assets to Your Move. But, what a shame the Morley branch aren't even a scratch on the Moortown team. When my boyfriend and I saw that the flat we've current just moved into (well, trying to) was via Your Move Morley I thought "Fab, we'll be in good hands." Oh god how wrong was I...
Like what some reviews have already mentioned, NONE of our emails nor calls were returned, they were just normal enquiries such as confirmation of moving date, furnishings etc, so nothing which required an answer from NASA. Not even just a courteous acknowledgement reply of "Were looking into it, we'll get back to you." kind of thing. We can't believe how much we had to chase them for answers to pretty basic questions.
Prior to signing any contracts my boyfriend explicitly asked for confirmation that the flat would be ready to move in on the 11th Aug (yes, today), which meant the flat would be deep cleaned, tiles in the bathroom re-grouted, silicone sealant redone etc etc. And this was agreed and confirmed.
9am today my boyfriend filled up the car and went to collect the keys from the Morley office as advised. They had no keys to give. Did anyone think it would be courteous and just good basic customer service to contact the tenants to inform that the keys wouldn't be ready to be picked up? No. A few hours passed and the keys were ready. A big huge bunch of keys which even the agent didn't know which ones were for what, so my boyfriend worked them all out and it transpires that only one out of the bunch actually open/lock something in the flat. But the tipping point was that flat itself has not even been cleaned!!! And there's rubbish in the flat! It's in no state to move into, the soonest Your Move can get someone in to clean is tomorrow so my boyfriend has ended up cleaning the flat himself.
AVOID YOUR MOVE MORLEY BRANCH LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The staff at Morley branch have been amazing. I had numerous viewings and every single one was followed up by the branch for feedback.
We viewed lots of properties with other agents and were surprised we were never asked for feedback. We also used the in house conveyancing services and found them to be excellent.
I would highly recommend this branch.

Unfortunately I would struggle to recommend this firm. We nearly lost our sale due to their poor communication with our buyer, which was only salvaged by bypassing yourmove and liaising with the buyer ourselves. The up front service was good (photos, advert etc) but dreadful post offer.

Do not trust these rank amateurs with your data. 2 data protection breaches on consecutive days, giving us idenfifying details for people putting in a rival bid on a property. Add this to the misinformation they gave us that our offer would be put at a disadvantage because we declined to use their financial advisor, and all in all a poor experience. I wouldn't buy a rabbit hutch they were involved in the sale of, and certainly wouldn't want to sell through them.

UPDATE - Put in an offer just under the asking price and was advised this was the figure the seller would accept. Called almost every day for a couple weeks to get an update. No updates but lots of 'I'll call you back in 5 minutes' etc. Not once did they actually call me back.
This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced from an estate agent. They lost out on a sale of a house due to poor customer service.
Please think very carefully before deciding to sell a house with these guys. There are much better estate agents in Morley.
