Absolutely awful, it was nice at first, polite staff however we paid the zero deposit and they randomly whipped up another £800 bill before we could move in, they did NOT tell us our landlords are selling it, they are NOT clear if we’re getting kicked out or not, they gave us someone with 1 MONTH experience. Hinted towards entering our property without our presence as well as giving us a 4 hour notice and expecting our apartment to be crystal clean so it is good to the new landlords/oocupants. Complained that there was too much clutter, they were spare wires waiting to be sold. Absolutely pathetic, will give anyone a property with money, does not care about experience. Just whiney landlords.... Read more

Currently looking for a property in Barnsley as we are needing to move from Bawtry due to family circumstances. I rang and enquired about a property and was given a date/time to view the property, unfortunately I was unable to make the time given so I rang your move back and spoke to Rachel who went above and beyond for me and offered to the viewing first thing in the morning for me. I explained how much we were struggling with viewings as living in Doncaster isn’t just a 5 minute drive it’s 45 minutes each way so takes a good couple of hours altogether to come across, view a property and get back to work. Rachel was very polite, never rushed the viewing, answered all my questions, gave me plenty of information about the property and next steps. Thank you Rachel :)... Read more

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at Your Move. I recently moved all my rental properties over to them, and let me tell you, every single property had some sort of issue. But these two incredible ladies, Rachel and Lou, were absolute gems. They spent hours listening to me explain everything, and they had the patience of a saint! They truly treat you like family, and I can't thank them enough for all their hard work. Rachel even went above and beyond to deal with a problematic tenant who wasn't even on their books yet. That's dedication right there! And let's not forget about Joe, the branch manager, who took the time to help me out as well. Once again they went above and beyond, Nichola as usual was fantastic as are all the staff. They dealt with all my strop's and meltdowns when things weren’t moving but we got there in the end.
