Viewed a house a few weeks ago and emailed hailey to say that I wanted to apply she said she would get back to me on the Monday as the application was between me and someone else and I never heard from her again. Poor service!!

And as of the 1 star rex Woodhouse review i wouldn't take much notice .I'm not a ex employee I work at eccles mot station .and I can confirm his name has popped up maliciously on a few other profiles ..think it's a competor. I'd recommend Your property centre to friends and family and who ever asked ????

Following my use of Lee and his company I cannot begin to stress my upmost satisfaction while trying to find a place to rent!
From the moment I enquired about renting, I felt listened too and respected throughout the whole process. All questions were answered promptly and made the whole process hassle free!

I contacted the letting agency by recommendation. Lee was very professional and helped me understand how to become a landlord as I was new to this. He was efficient and let my property in a timely manner in order to obtain income to pay for my mothers care. I totally recommend these guys as they are both professional and friendly when dealing with sensitive issues.
He also manages the property effectively and sorts any issues in a timely manner ensuring contact with myself or sister. Five stars ?? from me.

Terrible service. Not responsive. Everytime I call the person I need is conveniently never there to take my query. I'm always told the message will be handed over, but I never receive a call back. When I do call back it is the same thing. You can never get anywhere. Been living in my home for over 5 months now and I'm still dealing with the same issues. They don't perform the 3 month checks like they say they will. Just very unprofessional service. Essentially given up now.

I've been with The lettings agency for a few years now. There service is fantastic. The staff are professional, friendly and responsive.
I've reported problems and had them solved ASAP.

Communication needs to be improved with tenants, return on deposit information needs to be more accurate, company could do more helping tenants to relet when they had a change of circumstance and had to leave their contract. Landlady also had to fill some of the rooms and helped me with re-letting advice.

Horrendous service, terrible at replying to anything - takes over a week to get any response. Poor property management (landlady had to find her some of her own tenants). Poor at returning any deposits in a timely manner. Just reading the reviews below some of these have come from their own employees, it’s actually laughable. Do not go through this firm.

I have been a tenant with The Letting Agency for two and a half years and I've always received an extremely high level of prefessionalism from Lee and his team. No issue or concern is too big or too small. All issues, if any, are dealt with very quickly and there is clear communication from the moment I applied to become a tenant all the way through my tenancy. If I was to rent again I would definitely make The Letting Agency my first choice! Great people, a great service and a happy home! Thank you!

A great letting agency! A really professional and friendly team, who are always happy to help. I have been with The Letting Agency for two and a half years and they have always been extremely helpful. Any repairs we have required have been dealt with efficiently and any queries have been answered promptly. A very knowledgeable team with great customer service. They are happy to take your agency fee, but doesn't even bother to tell that you have been rejected for the flat. Unfortunately quite bad experience, as in my case they accepted my application but didn't even bother to check references with employers and landlords and they told me "obviously it is not relevant to check employers or landlords because I will be moving to another city and also changing jobs (people often change jobs when they move location) so why then you accepted my agency fee and made me wait 3.5 weeks and not even tell me that I was rejected, as I had to call you several times if u knew that it wasn't even relevant to check employers and landlords? Well done you, just remeber human natural behaviour - when you have good experience, you will tell 3 ppl, when you have bad one uhh, there is going to be much more!

I have always received excellent customer service from each member of staff when spoken with at The Letting Agency, especially with Lee and John. They are easy to speak with and to get hold of if needed. I would highly recommend their company and services to anybody.

Just to let you know that as the owner has ignored my numerous requests for a phone call, I have today filed a complaint with The Property Ombudsman, which unsurprisingly you don't voluntarily subscribe to, our local MP David Heyes, and submitted a claim through HM Courts & Tribunals Service to retrieve the money we are owed, which has now added the court fee to the amount you owe us. The paperwork will be with you shortly.
A word of warning to everyone, landlords and tenants, when using a letting agent make sure they are a member of either The Property Ombudsman or the Association of Residential Letting Agents otherwise it can be very difficult to get any issues resolved.
The Letting Agency are a member of neither.

Horrible company! They didn't check the house until the day we actually was due to move in with an 8month old child. Heating wasn't working.. damp and mould on the walls which they tried to claim was condensation.. cracks throughout the house that are that bad they needed to book to have a structural report on the house because the building might be unsafe. Holes in the walls. Left in a dirty state. Then claimed that they wouldn't have even put the house on the market if they would of known the issues prior to moving date. Which they did because we pointed them out on the viewing and they promised they would sort it. The staff are arrogant and even threw the fact that we signed the tenancy agreement in our face even though we had to sign or else we would have been homeless. The agency has had bad reviews with everyone who has been involved with them where a friend has had to stand in the shop and demand they get their deposit back or they aren't moving. They are money grabbing idiots and have no consideration for their tenants health and lives!!! Heartless comes into mind.
