Who knew... Elli and Emma both ignoring my calls and emails on any updates for months; the selfish top chain are refusing to exchange contacts for 3rd time, and no-one is doing anything about it or updating the chain with the truth as to why... with only a week to go on Completion!
This has been the worst experience of my life, exacerbating my anxiety disorder, and they don't give a damn...

Elli and Adam have been helping us find our new home and have been fantastic.
I called yesterday and spoke to Elli as we have a buyer for our property and gave an idea of what we was after. She advised that they are taking a property on and will arrange a viewing. Adam showed us around the property, he was very friendly and answered our many questions. We then spoke to Ellie to put in an offer. After going back and forth the offer was accepted. Both staff members are friendly, polite and clearly wanted to do a great job. Thank you both :)

Elli is fantastic,
Always checking up on us throughout our buying process but not too pushy with us, we have viewed over 40 properties and dealt with a lot of estate agents in our time. I can safely say Elli is how an estate agent should be. She will go above and beyond, plus we feel she is working to our best interest and not solely working on behalf of the buyer. Although we are not buying through her I have created a list of good estate agents and she is on it, I will be recommending this list to all new first time buyers in my circle.

Ellie and the team at WH Brown Maldon did what they said they would do and got the house sold. Having tried Purple Bricks for almost 18 months, after a knock at the door by one of the team, we were convinced they would do a better job. Although it was not as quick as we would have liked and we needed to drop the price because of the market situation, the deal has been done and thanks to the diligence and communication from Ellie we are a happy customer. Good work and I would recommend the Maldon team if your looking to sell your home :-)

I personally want to thank Charlotte for all her communication , her knowledge and extremely hard work with our move. Charlotte isn’t even my own agent but the agent I purchased through, and I would highly recommend you use her! It was evident she is dedicated to her job, she worked tirelessly to make sure our chain was kept together and even spent time ringing and trying to get removals booked in when in the height of the summer everywhere was busy!
