What a fantastic team at the Little Sutton Branch. From the valuation by Sadie who was so professional and proficient and had such a genuine enthusiasm for the property. Linda was so friendly and helpful with communications regarding viewings and Matt went above and beyond when dealing with the viewings who always gave great feedback. This small review doesn't show how wonderful and friendly this team are however, the fact that the property sold for the full asking price in just a week does. I had an offer accepted on a property and instructed a solictor and everything. 9 days later they are telling me a higher offer has come in and are asking if I can increase my offer. I've never seen this kind of bad practice before, once an offer is accepted and a solictor is instructed the deal is closed. No more offers coming through at later stages, bad agents wont use again. AWFUL
I’m sure all these 5 stars are legitimate but I’m sad to say my experience with Clive Watkin’s Crosby branch was nothing but frustrating and upsetting.
I appreciate the current chaotic context, but I was somewhat ignored and made to feel a nuisance by the agency after enquiring about a property to let. I was initially told a property would be available ‘late June, early July’ and any subsequent changes to this I only discovered by ringing up myself. The time frame changed to ‘mid-Jul and eventually I was told ‘late July, early August.’ At this point they denied that their initial estimation of June/ July was even said (which it was, we were both told this separately)
Every time I did ring some development had taken place without anybody letting us know.
Over a period of 3/4 weeks I was frequently told that the agents would get back to me with information/ updates. This never happened, and because we were eagerly ringing for updates regularly, the agents seemed like they were growing frustrated and tied of us for contacting them. We loved the property and were getting conscious of enquiring because of this.
I’m sorry to even be writing such a negative response but the care we received was minimal, we were by no means treated as valued potential customers, rather a pair of nuisances.
The worst real estate agency! Tenants or landlords run away from this agency .
They take the money, don't do the job, or they send out companies that do more damage to the house than repairing what is needed.
No communication, lies, we are close to illegal and fraud.

Not happy at all with the service we received. We paid the holding deposit to later be told the rent had gone up, as it was an 'admin error'. No compromise whatsoever and they just expected us to accept this. Very poor service, so we requested our holding deposit back.
From the initial valuation, through to the completion date, the team at Clive Watkin Prenton were very professional and extremely helpful.
Our valuer Amie came out promptly when we decided to go to market & was quick to organise the paperwork & photos so we were on the market within a few days of putting the initial call in. She was very prompt, extremely professional & easy to contact when required.
From speaking with others who have used online EA's, I get the impression that the communication side of them is lacking and they can be difficult to get hold of at time. You may pay a little more with a 'traditional' estate agent in comparison, but it is worth every penny.
Once we'd accepted an offer (which was very quick from going to market) the team were very good at providing us with accurate and detailed information. Prompting us when required, but also being able to provide up to date information from all sides when we needed it. More that this, they were brilliant at offering advice to any questions we had.
A particular shout-out to Cathy at this branch who went above & beyond with any requests or questions. She made the whole process a lot less stressful (and fun!) than it can often be. She is a credit to Clive Watkin.

I would highly recommend them, they reply promptly to any queries or concerns that you may have to your renatl property. There customer service is amazing they make you feel like you are there only customer.
