Having not sold/bought house for nearly 40 years, I recently had to sell my sister's house.
From the first meeting with Paul to an offer, negotiation and acceptance, the team at Hunters, particularly Nicole, were helpful and patient. They updated us on progress weekly and Nicole was always available to answer any questions I had.
I would definitely recommend.

Communication with Hunters was almost impossible, we could never get through to them on the telephone. Calls were never returned when messages were left and when we did get through to them, they were surely in their attitude. No suggestions were made as to what actions could be taken to get the property sold. In the end we got rid of them.

The agent was nice enough and enthusiastic, but I do not think they vet their buyers correctly. Lots of viewings followed by pointless feedback and buyer observations which should have been discussed before the viewings to save time. 3 months - no sale.
