I have been chasing them to arrange viewing on a property to rent. Sent all our details. Called a few times but no one calling back despite the assurance from an adviser at their office. Not even a minimum standard of customer service let alone it be any good. First impression, Not a good one. I hope that they will improve on it. Good that I am not in desperate situation to move the house. For the service I have received so far, I could give them a broken star but not a star but the problem is that I have to choose at least one star to be able to post my review... Read more

The agent was nice enough and enthusiastic, but I do not think they vet their buyers correctly. Lots of viewings followed by pointless feedback and buyer observations which should have been discussed before the viewings to save time. 3 months - no sale.... Read more

I recently sold my house through Hunters Catford Branch as I had purchased another house through them 6 yeras ago. I was very impressed by the excellent service provide. They now have a Sales Negotiator to liase with the Solicitors both for myself & the Buyers , which was very helpful indeed. They are very local to me & have been my Estate Agent of choice as the Staff are friendly & very efficient, assisting with me every step of the way..Thanks to Ed, Richard & Raj who found a buyer within a week of my Instructing them to sell it.
