Disappointing experience all round – avoid Hunters Tamworth.
I had a highly disappointing experience from start to finish with Hunters Tamworth. They promise excellent customer service, but their idea of communication is simply sending copy and pasted updates on WhatsApp. When it actually mattered, they couldn't even be bothered to pick up the phone, leaving us completely in the dark at critical points in the chain. Dealing with Leah was particularly frustrating; she was incredibly condescending and acted as though she was doing us a massive favour just by doing her job.
The marketing process was an absolute shambles. The photographer failed to show up for the first appointment without giving any notice at all. Instead of rescheduling immediately, the agent decided to take photos on his phone, which turned out horrible. When they finally did rebook a professional photographer, it was clear they are way behind with technology, as they didn't even bother to use drone photography.
To make matters worse, they never turned up on time for a single viewing. Honestly, the house sold itself—the agents had to do virtually nothing. Yet, they remained incredibly greedy for commission, even after the sale fell through. Graham turned quite bitter at our decision to not sell even though it is our property and our personal circumstances should still matter. Save yourself the stress and go with another estate agent. There are tons of better options available in the area.

Hunters and its Staff went beyond their way to help up find a buyer and helped us with all the step of complex chain purchase. Helen is very professional and made a big difference in final stages of the sale. Dev gave really good professional advice at start of the sales process.

From start to whare we are today, the team at Hunters have been absolutely fantastic. A very smooth process. Jane came out done a valuation and we went to market within a week. The sales team have kept us up to date with the whole process. We had a nice steady stream of viewings and sold within a month. Highly recommend Hunters estate agents.

I had to move abroad at short notice for work, and Harry found me a great tenant very quickly. He made a confusing process much easier, guiding me through all the legal requirements and paperwork at what was a pretty stressful time, while still managing to make me laugh!
Two years on, Sarah manages the property and is always quick to respond, stays on top of all the annual admin, and keeps my tenant happy. It’s reassuring to know everything is being taken care of, especially when living abroad.
Overall, a really reliable and professional service that gives me peace of mind and makes managing a property from abroad much easier

I switched to Hunters after struggling to sell my property with the initial agent. From the off the team were efficient and gained multiple viewings and subsequent offers, resulting in a fast sale. Their communication was great throughout and the sale went through seamlessly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
