Amazing service from Tom, Will and the team here. The process of selling my house was seamless from start to finish. Will and Tom met me for a face to face meeting on Day 1 outlining the plan and followed it to a T. This included obtatining the best property price with regular updates from Will all in reasonable time. After the offer was accepted I was please to receive further updates from Sandy who kept me informed on all matters.
I would definately recommend this company and team if you are looking to buy or sell your house in Northampton.

Have discovered from sales of late relatives' houses that all Estate Agents are not the same. Its not just about finding a buyer and negotiating a fair price, but also being aware of time wasters, hurdles and banana skins in the sale process, and contacts and good working connections with all those involved. Anna and her team saw it right through diligently. Thanks.

I used this agent because of a recommendation from a friend. I wasn’t disappointed.Fantastic service from start to finish. The staff worked very hard to get completion of the sale despite many hurdles. Would definitely recommend this agent. Big thanks to Tom, Will and special thanks to Sandy.

I am actually struggling to put into words just how fantastic the Team at the Long Buckby branch of Jackson Grundy have been. I don't want this review to be percieved as so glowing that it sounds fake, but honestly... Teresa and Richard COULD NOT have been more supportive to my partner and I, throughout what was a complex and tricky sale period.
There were many external factors, hurdles and unlucky moments along the way, all part of a normal house move I guess. But even at their very busiest times they managed to somehow strike the perfect balance between being professional & efficient, yet remained friendly, attentive always took the time to explain everything to us in words we could understand.
Nothing was too much trouble! From Richard liaising regularly with our solicitor, to Teresa coaching us through the mortgage process, to their secretary even collecting the keys to our new house for us (which didn't even involve them!). I didn't think that estate agents like this existed, but they do, and they make "going the extra mile" seem like just a regular thing.
Exceptional service in the truest sense of the word.
Thank you Teresa and Richard, we couldn't have done it without you.

Fantastic service throughout. Ricky sold our house almost immediately and offered tremendous support with every step of the process following as well. The other staff we interacted with we're also fantastic and very friendly throughout too. Would definitely recommend.

Valuation was low. Clearly the agent wanted a very quick sale at my expense. The valuation was based on a 4 bed house in a 5 mile radius and not the local area or condition of the property. As the agent stated it’s just another 4 bed property. I insisted on an increased which was justified by the eventual sale price. Very slow to respond to emails and missed an offer by the eventual buyer after I prompted them after 4 days that the buyer had contacted me with an offer after no response from the agents. It very much felt like I was doing all the running, negotiating with the buyer and pushing things along. On exchange day the agents went off line and I was left to chase the buyer and solicitors, hence we missed the exchange.

I chose Jackson Grundy following a recommendation and boy am I glad I did! The entire process was stress free and professionally handled. From the valuation through to sale nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them - they are faultless.
